How to print Xerox configuration pages
Xerox (sometimes called Tektronix) printers and multifunction devices can print out configuration reports, which might show a short overview of the machine's settings, or it might be a multi-page compendium, depending on the individual machine. How to view the page count for a Sharp AR-M700U
To find the page count on an AR-M700U copier:
- Press the Custom Settings button (to the right of the touch screen)
- Touch Total Count on the screen (in the upper left corner)
If you want a hard copy of the copier's total page count as well as page counts for each function, touch Print in the lower right corner.

How to view the page count for a Xerox Workcentre 255
For the Workcentre 255, you can view the page count on screen by pressing the Machine Status button. The page count ("total impressions") will be displayed in the lower left corner of the screen.
Xerox page counts

How to get the page count for a Xerox 4112
To view the page count for a Xerox 4112 copier, press the Machine Status button on the operation panel. A row of tabs will appear on the screen -- touch the Billing Information tab to make it active. The machine's page count will be on the left, called "Total Impressions."

In addition to configuration pages, many HP printers give you the option to print out a supplies status page, which shows how much toner is left in the current cartridge(s) as well as the life remaining for any maintenance parts. Brother config pages
Brother often calls its configuration page a "user settings list" (for fax machines) or a "printer settings list" (for printers). Brother printers and fax machines can all print out some sort of configuration page, but depending on the individual device, the page count might not be included on it. If the page count is there, it will most likely be in the lower right hand corner of the page (for a user settings list) or toward the top of the second page (for a printer settings list).

Lexmark config pages
On Lexmark printers, the config page is called a "menu settings page." Like with HP printers, you can see a lot of information on this page, including the printer's page count. On some Lexmarks, if you want to see detailed network information you'll have to print out a network settings page instead, but on other printers the network info is included on the menu settings page. Even printers with a separate network settings page will still show basic network data (such as the printer's IP address) on the menu settings page.
