The printer status report/configuration page for an Officejet 4620 contains a lot of information. It shows total page count, network status, fax settings, serial number, firmware version, ink levels, installed options, and much more. To print the printer status report from an Officejet 4620, follow the steps below.
- Press the Setup button (with the wrench icon on it) on the printer's control panel.
- Press 7 on the number pad for Reports.
- Press the button to the right of where OK is displayed on the screen.
- Printer Status Report will be displayed; press the button to the right of OK.
Printer configuration pages often tell you useful information about a printer, such as its page count or meter, network settings, and toner levels.
