The configuration page on a Lexmark C500 color printer includes the total page count, the status of the toners and other replacable parts, basic network information, firmware version, and other system settings. To print the configuration page (which prints in black and white):
- Press the Online button (with the green LED). The LED should turn off when you press it.
- "TestMenu" will be displayed on the screen. Press the OK button (with the check mark on it) to select it.
- Use the side arrow to scroll through the menu until "ConfigPage" is displayed.
- Press OK to select it. The configuration page will print out.
If you want to view detailed network settings, scroll through the test menu to "NetConfigPage" instead of "ConfigPage" and then press OK.
Printer configuration pages often tell you useful information about a printer, such as its page count or meter, network settings, and toner levels. To find instructions for printing a configuration page, click on the manufacturer's name on the green bar below. To find instructions for viewing an on-screen page count, click the corresponding link on the sidebar. Check back often for updates.
