The configuration page for a Xerox WorkCentre 3045 shows a lot of general information about the printer, including page count (impressions), default paper size, firmware version, and date and time. It also gives some information about the current network setup, including IP address, gateway, and protocol statuses. To print the configuration page, or system settings page, follow the steps below.
- To the right of the arrow pad, there are two buttons labeled "i" -- the upper one looks like two sheets of paper, and the lower one looks like a box. Press the lower "i" button.
- "Information Pages" is the highlighted option -- press OK to select it.
- "System Settings" is the highlighted option -- press OK to select it.
Printer configuration pages often tell you useful information about a printer, such as its page count or meter, network settings, and toner levels. To find instructions for printing a configuration page, click on the manufacturer's name on the green bar below. To find instructions for viewing an on-screen page count, click the corresponding link on the sidebar. Check back often for updates.
