Like just about any network-connected copier, the Xerox Workcentre 255 has the capability to print out a configuration page. This configuration page displays many of the copier's network-related settings, such as IP address, MAC address, domain name, and Ethernet speed setting. (The configuration report does not show the copier's page count. You can see how to view the page count here.)
To print the configuration page (called the system configuration report) from a Xerox WorkCentre 255:
- Press the Machine Status button on the copier's operation panel (to the right of the touch screen).
- Touch the icon next to Print Reports (in the bottom right corner of the screen).
- Touch the icon next to Print System Configuration Report (on the right side of the screen).

Printer configuration pages often tell you useful information about a printer, such as its page count or meter, network settings, and toner levels. To find instructions for printing a configuration page, click on the manufacturer's name on the green bar below. To find instructions for viewing an on-screen page count, click the corresponding link on the sidebar. Check back often for updates.
