ReplyDeleteHi, I need to purchase your product- HP Printer. But i need advise on product. I need a Deskjet or officejet printer model that can give me a count on the current scan pages done of the printer at any time. ...Give like usage report. Like HP Laserjet Mf 1522nf gives kind of usage report i want but i dont want laser printer. Please advise on model to use. Gently wailing. Thanks....

ReplyDeleteSome Deskjet/Officejet models include the page count on their configuration page or status page, but not all. There's no definitive list of which models do and which models don't, unfortunately. As an example, the Officejet 4620 and Deskjet 812C both include a page count on their status page/test page.
If you have a specific model in mind, you can contact HP and they should be able to provide information about what's included on the status report for that model. If you just want to browse, your best bet may be to visit a Staples or other office supply store where they have printers hooked up, that you can test.
Best of luck!
