Instructions for printing the configuration page (self-test report) from an Officejet J4500, J4660, or J4680 can be found on page 68 of the printer's user guide, but they are also listed here for easy reference.
- Press the Setup button
- Select Print Report
- Select Self-Test
- Press the OK button
