I cannot find the MAC address from the config page
ReplyDeleteIs the printer connected to your network when you print the status page? Some printers won't include network information on their config page if they aren't currently connected when you print it.
ReplyDeleteI'll try to get to a Kyocera today and see where on the status page the MAC address is located.
It doesn't appear that Kyocera puts the MAC address on the status page. However, you can get it from the printer's embedded web page. Here are the steps to find the MAC address:
ReplyDelete- Open a web browser
- Go to the printer's IP address (which is on the status page)
The MAC address should be listed right on the main Kyocera Command Center page. If it's not there, click on Network on the left side, and then General, and it will be listed under the "Networking Details" section.
