To print out a user settings list from the IntelliFax 1860C:
- Press the Menu button.
- Press 4 on the keypad for "Print Reports."
- Press 5 for "User Settings."

Xerox Workcentre 5665 page count
To view the page count for a Workcentre 5665, simply press the Machine Status button (to the right of the touch screen). The page count ("Total Impressions") will be displayed in the lower left corner of the screen.

To print a configuration page on a Workcentre 5665 copier:

Many printers, especially in production or graphics environments, use Fiery print controllers for better control and performance. If a Fiery controller is installed on a printer, it will often supersede some of the printer's own internal software, such as the ability to print out a configuration page. HP printer usage pages
On some HP printers, you won't have the option to print a configuration page. For these printers, you'll often have to print a usage page instead to find the printer's page count. Other printers will let you print either a configuration page or usage page -- the config page will give more information, but the usage page is shorter, so if you only want the page count, you can save ink (and paper) by printing the usage page instead. But be aware that the page count listed on the usage page can be different from the page count listed on the configuration page.

The configuration/self-test page that you can print from a Deskjet 5650 is very short. It doesn't have nearly as much information as configuration pages on other printers, but it will show the printer's serial number and total page count.
To print the configuration/self-test page:
- Hold down the Power button (next to the printer's name, on the right).
- Press the Resume button (on the left side of the printer; it has a picture of a sheet of paper with a down arrow on it) four times.
- Release the Power button.
Once you let go of the Power button, the green light on the right side of the printer will flash, and the configuration page will print out.
These same steps will work for many other Deskjet models, including the 6520 and 6540.
