How to print the configuration page from a Xerox WorkCentre 4118

Many copiers, printers, and fax machines give users the option of printing out a configuration page.  This configuration page typically gives a brief overview of the machine's settings.  You can print a configuration page (called a system data list) from a Workcentre 4118 by following the steps below.

- Press the Machine Status button on the fax machine's operation panel (to the right of the display screen).

- Scroll down to Reports, then press the Enter button.

- Scroll down to System Data, then press the Enter button.

"System Data Printing" will be displayed on the screen, and the system data list will print out.

The system data list does not display the machine's page count.  You can see how to find the page count here.
