Unlike larger Xerox copiers, the Workcentre 4118 won't let you view the page count on screen; you'll have to print out the counters list to see it. This counters list displays the page count (labeled "total impressions") as well as the toner and drum counters, and you can also see how many pages have been scanned through the document feeder or scanned off of the glass.
To print the counters list:
- On the operation panel, press the Machine Status button (just to the right of the display screen).
- Use the down arrow to scroll down through the options until you see Reports.
- Press the Enter button to select it.
- Use the side arrows to navigate through the Reports menu until you come to Billing/Counters.
- Press the Enter button to select it.

To find instructions for printing a configuration page, click on the manufacturer's name on the green bar below. To find instructions for viewing an on-screen page count, click the corresponding link on the sidebar. Check back often for updates.
