Lexmark C736 configuration page

There are two different configuration pages you can print from a Lexmark C736 printer, both of which can be useful.  The menu settings page gives a lot of details about the printer, it's setup, and it's configurable options.  The network setup page focuses on the printer's network settings.

To print the menu settings page from a Lexmark C736 printer:

- Press the Menus button
- Scroll down to Reports
- Press the check mark button
- Menu Settings Page will be displayed; press the check mark button

To print the network settings page:

- Press the Menus button
- Scroll down to Reports
- Press the check mark button
- Scroll down to Network Setup Page
- Press the check mark button

Lexmark X544 configuration page

To print a general configuration page from a Lexmark X544 (with various machine and network settings):
- Press the Menu button
- Press the right arrow button until Reports is displayed
- Press the check mark button
- Menu Settings will be displayed; press the check mark button


To print a network configuration page from a Lexmark X544:
- Press the Menu button
- Press the right arrow button until Reports is displayed
- Press the check mark button
- Press the right arrow button until Network Setup is displayed
- Press the check mark button

Lexmark X463 / X464 / X466 configuration page

From a Lexmark X463, X464, or X466 printer, you can print either a menu settings page or a network setup page.  The former gives general information about the printer and its configuration; the latter gives more specific network and connectivity information.

Instructions for printing these configuration pages can be found on pages 51-52 of the printer's user guide, but they are also included here for reference.

- Touch the Menu icon (the one with the key icon)
- Touch Reports on the screen
- Touch either Menu Settings Page or Network Setup Page

Lexmark C540 / C543 / C544 / C546 configuration page

From a Lexmark C54x series printer, you can print either a menu settings page or a network setup page.  The former gives general information about the printer; the latter gives more specific network and connectivity information.

Instructions for printing these configuration pages can be found on page 23-24 of the printer's user guide, but they are also included here for reference.

- Press the Menu button (the one with the key icon)
- Scroll down to Reports
- Press the Select button (the one with the check mark icon)
- Scroll down to either Menu Settings Page or Network Setup Page
- Press the Select button

Lexmark C770 / C772 configuration page

On the Lexmark C770 or C772, you can print a configuration page (called a network setup page) to show information about the printer's network configuration and current settings.  Instructions for printing the network setup page can be found on pages 29-30 of the printer's user manual, but they are also included here for convenience.

To print the network setup page:

- Press the button with the key icon on it.
- Scroll down until Reports is the active option.
- Press the button with the check mark on it.
- Scroll down until Network Setup Page is the active option.
- Press the button with the check mark on it.

Lexmark E260 network configuration page

To print a network setup page or menu settings page from a a Lexmark E260, E260d, or E260dn printer, press the right arrow button.  Both of these pages will print out.  (These instructions can also be found on page 63 of the printer's user guide.)

Lexmark W840 configuration page

To print a configuration page (called the menu settings page) from a Lexmark W840 printer:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down until Reports is the active entry
- Press the check mark button
Menu Settings Page is the first option; press the check mark button to select it

Lexmark T640 / T642 / T644 configuration page

To print a configuration page (called the menu settings page) from a Lexmark T640, T642, or T644 printer:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down until Reports is the active entry
- Press the check mark button
- Menu Settings Page is the first option; press the check mark button to select it

To print a network setup page instead, which gives more specific network information, follow the same first three steps listed above, but instead of selecting Menu Settings Page, scroll down to Network Setup Page and press the check mark button.
