How to print a configuration page from a Canon imageRUNNER 1023iF

On Canon copiers and printers, the configuration page is often called the user data list.  For some machines the user data list will be more detailed than for others.  On the imageRUNNER 1023iF's user data list, you can see a good deal of information about the printer, including paper tray settings, fax settings, IP address and network configuration, and amount of available memory.  To print out the user data list, follow the steps below.

- Press the Additional Functions button (to the lower right of the display screen).

- Press the right arrow button (which is also the + button, to the right of the OK button) until you see "8. Report Settings."

- Press the OK button.

- Press the right arrow button once and you should see "2. List Print."

- Press the OK button.

- Press the right arrow button until you see "4. User Data List."

- Press the OK button.

The user data list is typically about five pages long, so make sure you have enough paper in the paper tray.  The user data list for the 1023iF does not show the machine's page count; instructions for viewing the page count can be found here.
