Instructions for viewing the total page count for a Brother DCP-9040CN or DCP-9042CDN printer can be found on page 130 of the printer's user manual. They are also shown here for reference:
- Press the Menu button
- Press 5 for Machine Info.
- Press 2 for Page Counter
You can see the Total counter, or scroll up or down to check the count broken up into List, Copy, and Print numbers. If you press the OK button, the black and color totals will be displayed.
