To view the total page counts for a Kyocera FS-C5400DN printer:
- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down until "Counter" is displayed
- Press the OK button
- "Total" will be the highlighted option; if you want to view just the "Color" or "Black and White" page count, scroll down to one of them
- Press the OK button to view the page count
