Kodak HERO 5.1 All-in-One Printer network configuration page

The procedure for printing a network configuration page can be found on page 12 of the extended user guide, but it's also listed here:

- With plain paper loaded in the printer, press the Home button
- Scroll down to "Network Settings"
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to "Print Network Configuration"
- Press the OK button
