From the EasyCoder 4420 or 4440 label printer, you can print out a configuration page/label that shows information about the printer's setup and status. Instructions for printing the configuration label can be found below, as well as on page 14 of the user's manual.
- Turn the printer off if it's not already off.
- Hold down the Feed/Pause button and turn the printer on.
- When a label starts to feed, let go of the Feed/Pause button.
- The configuration label will print out; after it's done, turn the printer off and back on again.
Printer configuration pages often tell you useful information about a printer, such as its page count or meter, network settings, and toner levels. To find instructions for printing a configuration page, click on the manufacturer's name on the green bar below. To find instructions for viewing an on-screen page count, click the corresponding link on the sidebar. Check back often for updates.
