To print out configuration information on a label from the EasyCoder 3400e bar code label printer, follow the instructions below. (These instructions can also be found on page 7 of the printer's user manual.)
- If the printer is on, turn it off.
- Hold down the Feed/Pause button and turn the printer on.
- Some blank labels will start to print out, followed by the configuration label. Once the labels begin to feed, release the Feed/Pause button.
Alternatively, you can print out a short summary of the printer's network configuration, including IP address, onto a lebel by simply pressing and releasing the Test button. More information on the printer's network setup can be found in Intermec's Printer Configuration Quick Reference guide.
Printer configuration pages often tell you useful information about a printer, such as its page count or meter, network settings, and toner levels. To find instructions for printing a configuration page, click on the manufacturer's name on the green bar below. To find instructions for viewing an on-screen page count, click the corresponding link on the sidebar. Check back often for updates.
