On the Sharp FO-IS125N, you can print out two different types of configuration pages. The network setting list shows network configuration data such as IP address, network speed, email settings, and DHCP status. The setup list shows fax settings such as number of rings, receive ratio, language, and dial tone detection. Both lists will show the date, the machine's fax number, and the name of the business or location (as long as that information has been input). To print the network setting list or setup list:
- Press the Function button.
- Scroll down once to Listing Mode.
- Press the right arrow / A button.
- Scroll down to either Network Setting List or Setup List.
- Press the Start button.
Neither the network setting list or the setup list will show the machine's page count. To see the page count, print out the Activity List instead (also located under "Listing Mode"). When you print out the activity list, you'll get two pages -- a Send Report that shows the number of pages scanned in to send, and a Receive Report that shows the number of pages printed out.
Printer configuration pages often tell you useful information about a printer, such as its page count or meter, network settings, and toner levels. To find instructions for printing a configuration page, click on the manufacturer's name on the green bar below. To find instructions for viewing an on-screen page count, click the corresponding link on the sidebar. Check back often for updates.
