Sharp AR-407 configuration page

On a Sharp AR-407 with the optional print controller installed, you can print out a configuration page that gives a good overview of the printer's settings (as well as the total page count).  To print the config page:

- Press the Print button, to the left of the display screen.
- Select Offline.
- Select Menu.
- Select Print Test Page.
- Select Print Configuration Page.

Sharp AR-157 page count

To see the total page count for an AR-157 (or AR-157e) copier, press and hold the C (Clear) button.  The page count will be displayed 3 digits at a time, and will keep repeating until you let go of the button.

Dell W5300 Laser Printer config page

On the Dell W5300 printer, you can print out a network setup page that gives network information like IP address and DHCP status, as well as network card specs and active protocols.  (This page does not include the printer's page count, however.)  To print the network setup page:

- Press the right arrow on the Menu button until "UTILITIES" is displayed on the screen.
- Press the Select button.
- Press the right arrow until "PRINT NET SETUP" is displayed.
- Press Select.

Kyocera KM-2050 page count

To view the page count from a KM-2050:

- Press the System Menu/Counter button
- Scroll down until "Counter Check" is the highlighted option on the screen
- Press the Enter button
- Scroll down until "Output Count" is the highlighted option
- Press the Enter button

Ricoh Aficio SP 5200S / SP 5210SF / SP 5210SR page count

To view the page count or meter for an SP 5200S, SP 5210SF, or SP 5210SR:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- On the screen, select Counter

On some models, the Counter option may not be available in User Tools, depending on how the machine was configured.  In that case, you'll have to print out a configuration page in order to see the page count.

Sharp AR-M450U configuration page

To print the config page, or custom setting list, from an AR-M450U:

- Press the Custom Settings button
- On the screen, select List Print
- Select All Custom Setting List

This custom setting list does not include the machine's page count.  To see how to view the page count, click here.

Sharp AR-M450U page count

To quickly view the total page count for an AR-M450U, hold down the Copy button.  The meter will be displayed, along with an estimate of how much toner is left.  (This method works from the main screen, but it won't work if you're in a "special" screen such as Custom Settings or service mode.)

HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 Color M551 usage page

To print a usage page from the LaserJet Enterprise 500 Color M551 printer:

- Press the Home button (the one with the house icon on it)
- Scroll down until Administration is the highlighted choice
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to Reports
- Press OK
Configuration/Status Pages will be the highlighted choice -- press OK
- Scroll down to Usage Page
- Press OK
- Scroll up to Print, at the top of the list
- Press OK

HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 Color M551 supplies status page


On an HP printer, the supplies status page shows how much toner is left in the cartridge (or in each cartridge, for a color printer) as well as possibly the life remaining for other consumables like the fuser or maintenance kit.  To print a supplies status page from the LaserJet Enterprise 500 Color M551 printer:

- Press the Home button (the one with the house icon on it)
- Scroll down until Administration is the highlighted choice
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to Reports
- Press OK

Sharp AR-F151 configuration page

The closest to a config page you can get from an AR-F151 would be the optional setting list.  To print this list:

- Press Function
- Press 2 for Listing Mode
- Press 5 for Option Setting

To view the page count on an AR-F151, hold down the C (Clear) button for several seconds.  The total page count will be displayed in sets of 3 flashing digits, so a total count of 178, 902 would appear as "178" followed by "902."  These numbers will keep repeating until you release the button.

Sharp FO-2950M config page

The config page for an FO-2950M would be the optional setting list, which includes many of the machine's customizable settings.  To print the optional setting list:

- Press the Function button
- Press 2 for "Listing"
- Press # until "Option Set List" is displayed
- Press Start

To print a configuration report and system status report (they print out together) from a Sharp AR-M237 copier:

A Ricoh config page shows a lot of information about the printer, including network settings, page count, and some hardware specs.  To print the configuration page from an MP 6002, 7502, or 9002 with printing capability:

The closest thing to a configuration page most Sharp fax machines will print out is an optional setting list.  To print the optional setting list from an FO-5700:

- Press the Function button
- Press 2 for "Listing Mode"
- Press 06 for "Opt. Setting List"

HP LaserJet 3200 config report

To print a configuration report from a LaserJet 3200:

- Press the Menu/Enter button
- Scroll to the right until "Reports" is displayed on the screen
- Press Menu/Enter
- Scroll to the right until "Configuration Report" is displayed
- Press Menu/Enter

Muratec F-315 config page

The configuration page for a Muratec F-315 is the machine settings page.  To print the machine settings page:

- Press the Menu button
- Press 5 for "Print"
- Press the Enter button
- "1 List Print" will be displayed; press Enter
- Scroll down to "02 Machine Settings"
- Press Enter

Sharp AR-163 page count

To see the page count for an AR-163 on the copier's display screen, press and hold the 0 (zero) button.  After a couple of seconds, the page count will be displayed, 3 digits at a time.  For example, if the page count is 432,192, "432" will be displayed, followed by "192."  These numbers will repeat until you let go of the button.

Sharp FO-2080 page count

Most Sharp fax machines won't let you view the total page count on-screen, but the FO-2080 is one exception.  To see the page count:

- Make sure the machine is in Copy mode.  If it's not already, press the function select button until "Copy" is the selected mode.
- Press the Menu button.
- Press 3.  The total counter will be displayed.

HP LaserJet 8150 configuration page

The button setup on the LaserJet 8150 is slightly different than the buttons on most other HP printers.  To print a configuration page from the 8150:

- Press the right side of the Menu button, until "INFORMATION" is displayed on the screen.
- Press the right side of the Item button, until "PRINT CONFIGURATION" is displayed.
- Press the Select button.

HP LaserJet 9040 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a LaserJet 9040:

- Press the down arrow button to get into the menu.
- Press the down arrow button again, until "INFORMATION" is the highlighted choice on the screen.
- Press the Select button (the green button with the check mark on it).
- Press the down arrow button until "PRINT CONFIGURATION" is the highlighted choice.
- Press the Select button.

Sharp FO-5550 config page

The closest thing to a config page on many Sharp fax machines is the optional setting list.  To print an optional setting list from an FO-5550:

- Press the Function button
- Press 2 for "Listing Mode"
- Press 06 for "Optional Setting List"

Sharp FO-4400 config page

The config page on a Sharp FO-4400 fax machine is called an optional setting list.  It shows the customizable settings for the machine and how it's configured.  To print the optional setting list:

- Press the Menu button
- Press 2 for "Listing Mode"
- Press 05 for "Optional Setting List"

Brother MFC-8710DW config page

There are two different pages on the Brother MFC-8710DW that could technically be considered a "config page."  The first is the user settings list, which shows a lot of information about the machine and how it is configured (such as printer and fax settings), and the second is the network configuration page, which shows mainly network data such as IP address, DHCP status, etc.  The instructions for printing either of these pages are below.

- Press the Menu button
- Press 6 for "Print Reports"
- Press either 4 for "User Settings" or 5 for "Network Config."
- Press the Start button

You can also print either of these config pages remotely, if the MFC-8710DW is connected to your network.  On a computer on the same network, open a web browser and go to the printer's IP address or host name.  When the Brother web server page loads, click on Lists/Reports on the left hand side.  Then click the Print button next to either "User Settings" or "Network Configuration."

Sharp AR-337 page count

There are a couple of ways to see the page count on the AR-337 copier series.  The easiest way is to simply hold down the Copy button while the main copy screen is displayed, and the page count will be shown along the top of the screen.

Brother MFC-8710DW page count

To view the total page count for an MFC-8710DW printer:

- Press the Menu button
- Press 8 for "Machine Info"
- Press 2 for "Page Counter"

You can also see the page count remotely, if the MFC-8710DW is connected to your network.  On a computer on the same network, open a web browser and go to the printer's IP address or host name.  When the Brother web server page loads, click on Maintenance Information on the left hand side.  You can find the total page count listed next to "Page Counter," under the "Device Status" heading.

Sharp AR-337 configuration page

On a Sharp AR-337 copier with the optional print controller installed, you can print out a configuration page that shows many of the copier's network settings, along with page count and some other information.  To print the config page:

- Press the Print button.
- On the touch screen, select Offline.
- Select Menu.
- Select Print Test Page.
- Select Print Configuration Page.

The configuration page will print out shortly.  After it prints, be sure to exit out of the menu and return the printer to Online status.

Sharp AR-M350N page count

To see the total page count for an AR-M350N copier, press and hold the Copy button.  The page count will be displayed on the screen.

Sharp MX-M200D configuration page

To print a configuration page from an MX-M200D copier with printing capability, press and hold the little black button on the back left of the copier, on the print controller unit.  Hold this button in for about five seconds or so.

The configuration page, called a printer setting list, will print out shortly.  This page contains network information such as the IP address, as well as general machine information like the total page count.

Sharp AR-207 page count

To view the page count on a Sharp AR-207 copier, press and hold the 0 (zero) button.  The page count will flash across the display screen, three digits at a time.  It will keep repeating until you let go of the button.

Panasonic Panafax UF-585 / UF-595 config page

On the Panafax UF-585 or UF-595 fax machine, the closest you can get to a config page is the fax parameters list.  This list shows a breakdown of many of the machine's current settings, along with what each setting would be by default.  To print the fax parameters list:

- Press the Function button
- Press 6 for "Print Out"
- Scroll down to "4: Fax Para. List"
- Press the Set button

To view the page count on an AR-407, hold down the Copy button.  The page count will be displayed on the screen.

Kyocera FS-1128MFP configuration page

The configuration page for a Kyocera FS-1128MFP (called a "status page") shows a lot of information about the printer.  It includes the machine's total page count, the IP address and other network settings, and various printer settings.  To print the status page:

- Press the System Menu/Counter button.
- "Report" will be displayed on the screen -- press the OK button to select it.
- "Report Print" will be displayed -- press OK.
- Scroll down to "Status Page."
- Press OK.
- Press OK again.

Kyocera FS-1128MFP page count

On the Kyocera FS-1128MFP (and similar models) you can view the total page count right from the display screen.  To see the page count:

- Press the System Menu/Counter button on the left side of the operation panel.
- Scroll down to #2, Counter, and press the OK button.
- Printed Pages will be displayed -- press OK to select it.
- by Function will be displayed -- press OK.
- Scroll to the left to view the total page count.

Sharp AR-208 config page

On a Sharp AR-208 copier that has the printer option installed, you can print out a configuration page (called the "printer setting list") that includes the machine's page count, IP address and subnet mask, and other network information.

There is a little black button located on the back of the copier, on the left side of the print controller box, just above the USB port.  To print the configuration page, press and hold this button for about five seconds.  (If the copier doesn't have a print controller, this button won't be there so you won't be able to print a config page.)

HP Color LaserJet 2550 supplies status page

To print a supplies status page from an HP Color LaserJet 2550, press the Go (green) and Cancel (red) buttons at the same time.  A configuration page will print out with the supplies status page.

Sharp FO-IS125N config page

On the Sharp FO-IS125N, you can print out two different types of configuration pages.  The network setting list shows network configuration data such as IP address, network speed, email settings, and DHCP status.  The setup list shows fax settings such as number of rings, receive ratio, language, and dial tone detection.  Both lists will show the date, the machine's fax number, and the name of the business or location (as long as that information has been input).  To print the network setting list or setup list:

- Press the Function button.
- Scroll down once to Listing Mode.
- Press the right arrow A button.
- Scroll down to either Network Setting List or Setup List.
- Press the Start button.

Neither the network setting list or the setup list will show the machine's page count.  To see the page count, print out the Activity List instead (also located under "Listing Mode").  When you print out the activity list, you'll get two pages -- a Send Report that shows the number of pages scanned in to send, and a Receive Report that shows the number of pages printed out.

Sharp FO-4650 config page

On the FO-4650 fax machine, you can't print out a "true" configuration page, but you can print an optional setting list.  The optional setting list shows many of the machine's current settings.  To print this list:

- Press the Function button.
- Press 2 for "Listing Mode."
- Press 6 for "Opt. Setting List."
- Press the Start button.

Sharp FO-2081 config page

The closest you can get to a config page on a Sharp FO-2081 fax machine is the user program list, which shows a breakdown of the machine's customizable settings.  To print the user program list:

- Make sure the machine is in fax mode.  If it's not already, press the function select button until "Fax" is the selected mode.
- Press the Reports button.
- Press 7 for User Program List.

Sharp AR-M620N configuration page

To print a configuration report (as well as a system status report) from a Sharp AR-M620N:

- Press the Custom Settings button.
- On the screen, select List Print.
- Select Printer Test Page.
- Select NIC Page.

To view the page count for an AR-M620N copier, press and hold the Copy button.  The page count will be displayed on the screen, followed by the amount of toner left in the cartridge.

Sharp AR-156 page count

To view the page count or meter for a Sharp AR-156 copier, press and hold the C (Clear) button for about five or six seconds.  The page count will flash in sections of 3 numbers, so for example a page count of 192,305 would show up as "192" followed by "305."

Kyocera EcoSys FS-1135MFP status page

The configuration page on a Kyocera EcoSys FS-1135MFP printer is called a status page, but it provides much of the typical information that a standard configuration page would have, including IP address and other network settings.  To print the status page:

- Press the System Menu/Counter button.
- "Report" will be the highlighted option on the screen; press OK to select it.
- "Report Print" will be the highlighted option; press OK.
- Scroll down once so that "Status Page" is the highlighted option.
- Press OK.

Sharp AR-M455N configuration page

To print out a configuration page (actually two pages -- the configuration report and system status report):

- Press the Custom Settings button.
- Select List Print on the touch screen.
- Select Printer Test Page.
- Select NIC Page.

Sharp AR-M455N page count

You can quickly see the total page count for an AR-M455N by pressing and holding the Copy button.  The page count will appear on the screen, followed by an estimate of how much toner is left.  (This will only work on the "main" screens -- it may not work if you are on a different screen such as the Custom Settings screen.)
