HP Officejet 4315 All-in-One self-test page

The Officejet 4315 does not have the option to print a true configuration page, but it can print a self-test page.  The self-test page only has a little bit of information on it, including serial number, service ID number, and alignment settings.

To print the self-test page:

- Press the Setup button
- Press 2 for Print Report
- Press 4 for Self-Test Report
