Brother MFC-9600 configuration page

The configuration page for a Brother MFC-9600 is very rudimentary.  It is basically just a list of settings -- no page count, serial number, or firmware version.  To print this settings list from an MFC-9600:

- Press the Function button
- Press 2 for Printer
- Press 1 for Print Options
- Press 2 for Configuration
- Press the Start button
