HP LaserJet 8100 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a LaserJet 8100:

- Press the right side of the Menu button until "INFORMATION" appears on the screen.
- Press the right side of the Item button until "PRINT CONFIGURATION" appears.
- Press the Select button.

Brother MFC-7340 page count

On the MFC-7340, you can view the machine's page count right on the screen, without having to print out a user settings list.  To see the page count:

- Press the Menu button
- Press 4 for Machine Info.
- Press 2 for Page Counter

Dell Laser 5330dn configuration page

The configuration page for a Dell 5330dn laser printer includes a lot of information, including page count, IP address and network settings, amount of toner remaining, and fuser page count.  To print the configuration page:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down to Reports
- Press the check mark button
- Scroll down to Configuration
- Press the check mark button

Xerox Phaser 3600 configuration page

To print a configuration page or configuration report from a Phaser 3600:

- Press the Menu button
- "Information" is displayed on the screen -- press OK to select it
- Scroll down to "Configuration"
- Press OK
- "Print? Yes" is displayed on the screen -- press OK

Dell Laser MFP 1815dn configuration page

To print a configuration page (also called system data report) from a Dell Laser MFP 1815dn printer:

- Press the right arrow button until Menu is the active choice on the screen
- Press the check mark button to select it
- Press the right arrow button until Reports is the active choice
- Press the check mark button
- Press the right arrow button until System Data is the active choice

Xerox Workcentre 5632 page count

To view the total page count for a Xerox Workcentre 5632 copier, press the Machine Status button.  The page count will be displayed in the lower left corner of the screen, under the heading "Total Impressions."  (For more detailed page count information, select the Usage Counters icon.)

To print a configuration page (called a user settings list) from a Brother MFC-7225N:

- Press the Reports button.
- Press 5 for User Settings.

Lexmark E330 / E332n configuration page

The configuration page for the Lexmark E330 and E332n laser printers consists of a menu settings page (which includes many of the printer's settings and features) and a network setup page (which gives details about the printer's network configuration).

To print the menu settings page and network setup page, press and release the Continue button on the front of the printer (the big button at the top with a diamond on it).

Lexmark E240n configuration page

The configuration page for the Lexmark E240n laser printer consists of a menu settings page (which includes many of the printer's settings and features) and a network setup page (which gives details about the printer's network configuration).

Rex Rotary config page instructions

Rex Rotary copiers and printers are similar to Ricoh copiers and printers, and will even sometimes have the same model numbers.  If you know your Rex Rotary device's model number, you can look it up on the Ricoh cross reference chart to find the comparable Ricoh model number, then you can get the Ricoh configuration page instructions for that model.  For example, a Rex Rotary C7521n is the same as a Ricoh CL 3500N.

Infotec configuration page instructions

In general, Infotec copiers are the same as Ricoh copiers, just branded differently.  If you know your Infotec copier's model number, you can look it up on Ricoh's model cross reference table to find the Ricoh model number, and with the Ricoh model number you can find the configuration page instructions.  For example, an Infotec IS 2175 is comparable to a Ricoh Aficio 2075.

NRG configuration pages

In general, NRG copiers are the same as Ricoh copiers, just branded differently.  If you know your NRG copier's model number, you can look it up on Ricoh's model cross reference table to find the Ricoh model number, and with the Ricoh model number you can find the configuration page instructions.  For example, an NRG DSm675 is comparable to a Ricoh Aficio 2075.

HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401dn configuration page

To print a configuration page from the LaserJet Pro 400 M401dn printer:

- Press the Home button (the button with the icon of a house)
- On the screen, select Settings (with the wrench icon)
- Select Reports
- Select Configuration Page (or Configuration Report)

Canon Pixma MX432 network config page

To print out a page that shows network settings and information for a Canon Pixma MX432:

- Press the Setup button (the button with a wrench on it)
- Press the Menu button
- Press the right arrow button until "LAN Settings" is displayed on the screen
- Press the OK button
- Press the right arrow button until "Print LAN Details" is displayed
- Press the OK button

How to print a color demo page from a Ricoh Aficio SP C821DN

On the Aficio SP C821DN, as well as many other Ricoh color printers, you can print a color demo page that shows multi-colored fish as well as colored text.  This page is good for checking the color quality and image density of the printer.  To print the color demo page from a C821DN:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down to "List/Test Print"
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to "Color Demo Page"
- Press the OK button

Sharp MX-7040 page count

To see the page count for an MX-7040:

- On the Home screen, select Settings
- Select System Settings from the left side of the screen

The page count will be displayed near the middle of the screen.  If you need a hard copy of the page count, select Print on the screen.

Sharp MX-3110N page count

To view the page count for an MX-3110N on-screen:

- Select Settings from the Home screen
- On the left side of the screen, select System Settings

Ricoh Aficio 150 / 180 configuration page

On a Ricoh Aficio 150 or 180 copier with printing capability, you can print out a configuration page that gives a lot of information about the machine,  including total page count, recent error codes, and accessories that are installed.  To print the config page:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Press 4 for "Printer"
- Scroll down by pressing the button under where the down arrow is displayed on the screen, until "List Print" is the highlighted option on the screen
- Press the button under "Enter" (or press the # button)
- "Config. Page" will be displayed; press the button under "Enter" (or the # button) two times.

Ricoh Aficio 150 / 180 page count

To see the page count for a Ricoh 150 or 180 copier:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button.
- On the screen there will be several options.  Press the button under the option for Counter.

Brother MFC-J425 / MFC-J430W / MFC-J435W config page

On the MFC-425W, MFC-430W, or MFC-J435W, the configuration page could be considered either the user settings page or the network config page.  The user settings page shows details about the device in general, whereas the network config page shows mostly network settings and data.  To print either of these pages:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down the list to Print Reports
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to either User Settings or Network Config
- Press the OK button

HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus configuration page

To print a network configuration page from the Officejet Pro 8600 Plus:

- On the Home screen, select Setup (you may have to scroll to the right to see it)
- Scroll down one page, then select Reports
- Select Network Configuration Page

Sharp MX-M904 page count

To see the page count for an MX-M904 copier, select Settings from the Home screen, then select System Settings along the left side of the screen.  The page count will be displayed on the screen, but you can get a printout of it if you want by selecting Print.

Ricoh Aficio 2035 / 2045 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh 2035 or 2045 with printing capability:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- On the screen, select Printer Features
- Select Config. Page

Ricoh Aficio 1035 / 1045 config page

To print a configuration page from an Aficio 1035 or 1045 with printing capability:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- Select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page

Sharp FO-2081 page count

To see the total printed page count for a Sharp FO-2081 fax machine:

- Make sure the machine is in Copy mode.  (The light next to "Copy" should be lit up.)  If it's not, press the button beneath the list of functions (Copy, Fax, etc.) until "Copy" is the selected function.
- Press the Menu button.
- Press 3.  The total page count will be displayed on the screen.
