HP LaserJet 3055 configuration page

To print a self test/configuration page from a LaserJet 3055:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll to the right or left using the arrow buttons until "Reports" is displayed on the screen
- Press the Enter button (the green button with the check mark)
- Scroll to the right or left until "Config report" is displayed
- Press Enter

If you are looking for the printer's page count, it won't be displayed on the config page; you'll have to print out a usage page instead to see the page count.

HP LaserJet 3055 usage page

To see the page count for a LaserJet 3055, you'll have to print out a usage page.  (The configuration page for this printer won't include the page count.)  To print the usage page:

- Press the Menu button
- Press the right arrow button until "Reports" is displayed
- Press Enter to select it
- Press the right arrow button until "Usage page" is displayed
- Press Enter

HP Color LaserJet CP3525 demo page

To print a color demo page from an HP Color LaserJet CP3525:

- Press the down arrow on the printer's operation panel until "INFORMATION" is the highlighted option
- Press the OK button to select it
- Press the down arrow until "PRINT DEMO" is the highlighted option
- Press OK

Brother MFC-5890CN config page

The config page on a Brother MFC-5890CN (called the "user settings list") contains a lot of information.  It's three pages long, and in those three pages you'll find page counts, fax settings, serial number, copy settings, and network information.  To print the user settings list:

- Press the Menu button
- Press the down arrow button until "Print Reports" is highlighted as the active choice
- Press the OK button
- Press the down arrow until "User Settings" is highlighted
- Press OK
- Press either the black or color Start button

Brother DCP-9045CDN user settings list

To print a user settings list (config page) from a DCP-9045CDN:

- Press the Menu button
- Press 6 for Machine Info
- Press 4 for User Settings
- Press either the black and white or color Start button

Brother DCP-9045CDN page count

On the Brother DCP-9045CDN printer, you can view the page count on the display screen.  To see the page count:

- Press the Menu button
- Press 6 for Machine Info
- Press 3 for Page Counter

The total counter will be displayed, and you can scroll down using the arrow keys to see the individual counters for each function.

Ricoh Aficio SP C820DN / SP C821DN config page

The configuration page for the C820DN or C821DN has a lot of information, including total page count, paper tray settings, print settings, network settings, and installed options and print languages.  To print the configuration page:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down until "List/Test Print" is displayed
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to "Config. Page"
- Press the OK button

Ricoh Aficio SP C430DN / SP C431DN configuration page

To print a configuration page from a C430DN or C431DN:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down to "List/Test Print"
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to "Config. Page"
- Press OK

Ricoh Pro C651EX / Pro C751EX configuration page

To print a config page from a Pro C651 or Pro C751:

- Press the User Tools button
- Select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page

Ricoh Pro C651EX / Pro C751EX page count

To view the black & white and color page counts for a Pro C651 or C751 on-screen, press the Counter button on the copier's operation panel.  Both counts will be displayed, but you won't see a "total" count with them added together -- you'll have to add the numbers yourself if you want that.

Fiery E-41A configuration page

To print a configuration page from a printer with the Fiery E-41A print controller installed:

- Go to the printer's Fiery screen, usually by pressing the Fiery button on the operation panel.  (On a Ricoh Pro C751EX, for example, the Fiery button is located toward the bottom of the operation panel, with the Copy and Document Server buttons.)
- When the Fiery screen appears, touch the Fiery logo along the top.
- Select Printable Info.
- Select Configuration.
- When asked to confirm your choice, select OK.

Océ VarioPrint 1075 page count

You can view the page count for a VarioPrint 1075 directly on the screen.  Press the Status and System button (the one in the upper right corner with the gears icon next to it) and the page count will be displayed under "Total" on the screen.

Brother MFC-4800 user settings list

To print a configuration page (called a user settings list) from a Brother MFC-4800:

- Press the Reports button
- Press 5 for User Settings

For the MFC-4800, the page count is not listed on the user settings list.

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh 3260C or 5560 with printing capability:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page

Ricoh Aficio 3260C / 5560 page count

To see the page count for an Aficio 3260C or Aficio 5560, press the User Tools/Counter button, then select Counter on the screen.  The black and color page counts will be displayed, but the total count (both of them combined) will not.

Xerox Phaser 6280 configuration page

The configuration page for a Phaser 6280 is actually two pages, and it contains a lot of data.  You'll find detailed network information, system settings, paper tray settings, and general status info such as page count (called "impressions"), memory capacity, temperature, and humidity.

To print the configuration page:

- Press the Menu button.
- The first option is "Information Pgs" -- press OK to select it.
- Scroll down until "Configuration" is displayed.
- Press OK.

Xerox Phaser 6280 page count

To see the page count for a Phaser 6280 without having to print out a configuration page:

- Press the Menu button.
- Scroll down to "Billing Meters."
- Press the OK button.
- The total page count (called "Total Impressions") will be displayed; scroll down to see the separate color and black page counts.

Fiery E-8100 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a printer or copier with a Fiery E-8100 installed:

- Go to the Fiery menu from the printer, typically by pressing the Fiery button on the operation panel.  (On a Ricoh C550EX, for example, the Fiery button is located on the left side of the operation panel, below the Copy and Document Server buttons.)
- On the Fiery screen that appears, touch the Fiery logo along the top.
- Select Printable Info.
- Select Configuration.
- When asked to confirm your choice, select OK.
