Configuration page instructions for the following copiers, printers, and fax machines were added in the past week:

HP LaserJet 3050 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a LaserJet 3050:

- Press Menu
- Press the right arrow until you see "Reports"
- Press OK
- Press the right arrow until you see "Config. Report"
- Press OK

Ricoh Aficio MP C300 / MP C400 configuration page

To print a config page from a C300 or C400 with the printer option installed:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- Select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page

The config page includes the page count, network settings, and other configuration data.

To view the page count for an MP C300 or MP C400 copier, press the User Tools/Counter button, then touch Counter.  The black & white and color counts will be displayed, but you'll have to add them together to get the total count.

Ricoh Aficio MP 3500 / MP 4500 configuration page

To print a configuration page from an MP 3500 or MP 4500 (including page count, toner level, network settings, and other data):

- Press User Tools/Counter
- Select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page

If "Printer Features" does not show up as an option in User Tools on your copier, either your copier doesn't have the printer option installed, or the copier was recently turned on -- sometimes it takes a couple of minutes for the printer, scanner, and fax functions to load.  Exit out of User Tools, wait a minute or two, then go back in.

Ricoh Aficio MP 3500 / MP 4500 page count

To view the page count on an MP 3500 or MP 4500, press the User Tools/Counter button, then touch Counter on the screen.

Brother IntelliFax 1960C user settings list

To print the user settings list from an IntelliFax 1960C (Brother's version of a config page):

- Press the Menu button
- Press 4 for Print Reports
- Press 4 for User Settings
- Press Start

Océ VarioPrint 1065 page count

To see the page count for a VarioPrint 1065 copier, press the Status and System button (the button in the upper right corner of the operation panel, next to the icon of a stack of paper and a couple of gears -- right above the Help button).  The page count will be displayed on the screen, labeled "Total."

HP LaserJet 5si demo page

To print a demo page from the LaserJet 5si:

- Press and release the Menu button until "TEST MENU" is displayed.
- Press and release the Items button until "DEMO PAGE" is displayed.
- Press the Select button.

HP LaserJet 5si configuration page

The configuration page for a LaserJet 5si, like many HP config pages, includes the printer's page count, serial number, error log, and network settings.  To print the config page:

- Press and release the Menu button until "TEST MENU" appears on the display screen.
- Press and release the Items button until "PCL CONFIGURATION PAGE" appears on the screen.
- Press the Select button.

HP LaserJet Enterprise 600 series M601 / M602 / M603 configuration page

The LaserJet Enterprise 600 series printers (M601, M602, M603) look similar to the P4015 and P4515 series printers, but the steps for printing out a configuration page are significantly different.  To print a configuration page from a LaserJet Enterprise 600 series printer:

- Press OK to go into the main menu
- Scroll down to "Administration"
- Press OK
- "Reports" will be the first option; press OK to select it
- "Configuration/Status Pages" will be the first option; press OK to select it
- Scroll down to "Configuration Page"
- Press OK
- Scroll back up, to "Print"
- Press OK

Sharp AR-M355N configuration page

To print a config page from the AR-M355N (which is actually two pages: the configuration report and system status report):

- Press the Custom Settings button
- Select List Print
- Select Printer Test Page
- Select NIC Page

To see how many pages have been printed out on a Sharp AR-M355N copier, hold down the Copy button for a second or two.  The total page count will appear on the top of the screen, followed by an estimate of how much toner is left.

Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE 6055 page count

You can view the page count for an imageRUNNER ADVANCE 6055 copier quickly and easily right on the display screen, just by pressing the Counter Check button.  The total page count (as well as individual page counts by function, depending on how your copier is configured) will be displayed when you press the button.

Ricoh Aficio 1035 / 1045 page count

To view the page count for a Ricoh 1035 or 1045 copier, press the User Tools/Counter button, then select Counter from the touch screen.

To print a configuration page from an MP C4502 or C5502 with printing capability:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- Select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page

To see the page count (or meter) for an MP C4502 or C5502, press the User Tools/Counter button and then select Counter on the touch screen.  The total black and color counters will be displayed.  For a printout of these numbers, select Print Counter List and then press the Start button.

Ricoh Aficio SP 5200S / SP 5210SF / SP 5210SR configuration page

To see the page count for a Ricoh SP 5200S, SP 5210SF, or SP 5210SR, you can print out a configuration page.  In addition to the page count, the config page also has a lot of useful network information and printer settings.  To print the config page:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- On the screen, select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page

Brother HL-5240 configuration page

The configuration page, or printer settings list, for a Brother HL-5240 contains a lot of information.  In addition to printer and network settings, you'll find the device page count and the life remaining for various consumables, including the toner and drum.

To print the configuration page, press the Go button (the blue button on the top front of the printer) three times.  The configuration page, which is actually two pages long, will print out shortly.

You can print a configuration page from a Ricoh MP 6001, 7001, 8001, or 9001 with the printer feature installed by following these steps:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- On the screen, select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page

To view the page count for a Ricoh MP 6001/7001/8001/9001 series copier, press the User Tools/Counter button, then select Counter on the touch screen.

Brother HL-5340 configuration page

To print out a configuration page on a Brother HL-5340 printer, press the blue Go button three times.  The lights will blink and the configuration page (called the print settings page -- two pages long) will print out shortly.

HP Color LaserJet CP5525

The configuration page for a CP5525 includes a lot of useful data, such as page count (called "engine cycles"), calibration info, installed options, and recent error codes and events.  If your printer has a JetDirect card, a configuration page for the card will print out along with the machine's configuration page.

To print a config page from the CP5525:

- Press OK to get into the main menu.
- Press the down arrow until "Administration" is the active option.
- Press OK to select it.
- The first option on this screen will be "Reports" -- press OK to select it.
- The first option on this screen will be "Configuration/Status Pages" -- press OK.
- Scroll down to "Configuration Page."
- Press OK.  A check mark will appear next to "Configuration Page."
- Scroll back up to the top of the list, to "Print."
- Press OK.

HP LaserJet 1100 self-test page

To print a self-test page (also called a configuration page) from the LaserJet 1100, press and release the Go button (the button on the front left of the printer).  The light will blink and the self-test page will print out momentarily.

Ricoh Aficio MP C2050 / MP C2550 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh MP C2050 or C2550 copier:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- Select Printer Features on the screen
- Select Configuration Page

Note that you can only print a configuration page if the copier has the print/scan option installed; if you can't access the Printer Features section, you can't print out the configuration page.

Ricoh Aficio MP C2050 / MP C2550 page count

To view the black and color page counts for a C2050 or C2550 copier, press the User Tools/Counter button, then select Counter on the touch screen.  The totals will be displayed on-screen.

Ricoh Aficio 3035 / 3045 configuration page

On a 3035 or 3045 with the print/scan option installed, you can print out a configuration page that contains a lot of useful data.  To print the config page:

- Press User Tools/Counter.
- On the screen, touch Printer Features.
- Touch Config. Page.

On the 3035 and 3045 copiers, you can see the total page count on the copier's screen by pressing User Tools/Counter and then touching the Counter option on the screen.  To get a printout of this information that also includes the date, time, and machine's serial number, touch Print and then press Start.

Ricoh Aficio SP 4110

To print a configuration page from the SP 4110:

- Press the Menu button.
- Press the down arrow until "List/Test Print" is displayed on the screen.
- Press Enter to select it.
- Scroll down until "Config. Page" is displayed.
- Press Enter.

Ricoh Aficio CL4000 configuration page

The configuration page for a CL4000 (and other Ricoh printers) contains a lot of useful network data, including the printer's IP address, MAC address, and network path.  It also has the printer's page count (black and white, color, and total).  To print the configuration page:

- Press the Menu button.
- Press the down arrow button until "List/Test Print" appears on the screen.
- Press the #Enter button.
- Press the down arrow until "Config. Page" appears on the screen.
- Press #Enter.

Ricoh Aficio SP C240SF / C242SF configuration page

To print a configuration page from an SP C240SF or C242SF multifunction copier:

- Press the User Tools button
- Press the down arrow until "Print List/Report" is displayed
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to "Configuration Page"
- Press OK
- A confirmation message will appear; press the arrow button under where "Yes" is displayed on the screen.

Ricoh Aficio MP C2051 / MP C2551 configuration page

On MP C2051 or C2551 copiers that have printing capability, you can print out a configuration page that shows an overview of the copier's network settings and print settings, as well as the color, black and white, and total page counts.  To print the configuration page:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button.
- On the screen, select Printer Features.
- Select Configuration Page.

Ricoh Aficio MP C2051 / MP C2551 page count

To see the color and black & white page counts for a C2051 or C2551:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button.
- Touch Counter on the screen.

If you want a hardcopy of the page counts, touch Print and then press the Start button.

This method of viewing the page count only shows the separate color and black & white totals; it does not list the copier's total page count.  To see the total page count, you can print out a configuration page.

HP Color LaserJet CP4525 supplies status page

To print a supplies status page and see how much toner is left in each color cartridge:

- Press the down arrow until you see "INFORMATION"
- Press OK
- Press the down arrow until you see "PRINT SUPPLIES STATUS PAGE"
- Press OK.

To print a demo page from the CP4525:

- Press the down arrow to bring up the menu, and keep pressing it until "INFORMATION" is the active choice.
- Press the OK button.
- Scroll down until "PRINT DEMO PAGE" is displayed.
- Press OK.

To view the page count for an MP 2352, MP 2852, or MP 3352:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- Touch Counter on the screen

To print a configuration page from an MP 2352, MP 2852, or MP 3352:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- Touch Printer Features on the screen
- Touch Configuration Page

Configuration pages can only be printed from copiers that have printing capability.  So if your copier doesn't have the print function, you won't be able to print out a configuration page.  If your copier does have the print function but you don't see Printer Features on the User Tools screen, exit out of User Tools, wait a minute or two, then go back in.

Brother HL-2140 / HL-2150N / HL-2170W configuration page

The configuration page for a Brother HL-2140, HL-2150, or HL-2170 printer is called the printer settings page.  It contains basic configuration settings, as well as the printer's total page count and the life remaining for the drum and the toner.  To print this settings page, press the Go button three times in a row.

Ricoh Aficio MP 4002 / MP 5002 configuration page

To print a configuration page from an MP 4002 or MP 5002:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Select Printer Features on the touch screen
- Select Configuration Page

Note that this feature is only available on models that have printing capability.  If you don't see the Printer Features option on the User Tools screen, exit out and wait a minute, then come back in.  Sometimes it takes a minute or two to show up if the copier has just been turned on.

To view the page count for an MP 4002 or MP 5002:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- On the screen, touch Counter (in the lower right corner)

Konica Minolta bizhub 250 page count

To see the total page count for the bizhub 250, press the Utility/Counter button on the copier's operation panel.  Then select the option for Meter Count on the screen.  The page count will be displayed.

Ricoh Aficio 1515 configuration page

To print a configuration page from the Aficio 1515 (which includes page count, network settings, and system data):

- Press the User Tools/Counter button.
- Press the down arrow until Printer Features is the highlighted choice.
- Press the OK button.
- Press the down arrow until List/Test Print is the highlighted choice.
- Press OK.
- Press the down arrow until Config. Page is the highlighted choice.
- Press OK.

Ricoh Aficio 1515 page count

To view the page count on screen for an Aficio 1515:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button.
- The first option on the screen is Counter; press the OK button to select it.  The counter will be displayed.

Sharp FO-6700 optional setting list

The closest you can come to a config page on the FO-6700 is an optional setting list.  This page details many of the machine's configuration settings, including volume, transmission interval, number of rings, and power save mode.  The page count is not listed on this page.  To print the optional setting list:

- Press the Function button.
- Press 2 for Listing Mode.
- Press 06 for Optional Setting List.

HP Color LaserJet CP1215 supplies status page

To print a supplies status page from the CP1215, hold down the green Resume button for about four or five seconds.  The configuration page will print out first, followed by the supplies status page.

To print a configuration page from the CP1215, hold down the Resume button (the green button on the front of the printer) for about four or five seconds.  The configuration page will print, followed by the supplies status page.

If you don't have the correct HP software installed on your computer, or if the printer is not connected to your computer, you may get a mostly blank page with the message "Install Software or connect PC" instead of the config page and supplies status page.  You can find information on how to fix this error on the HP website.

Brother MFC-7440N config page

The configuration page (called the "user settings list") for a Brother MFC-7440N gives a lot of details and information.  It shows the machine's total page count, as well as a breakdown by function (fax, copy, print).  It also displays a graph of the amount of toner remaining, and the life left in the drum.  You'll also find all the usual data -- fax settings, IP address, serial number, etc.

To print the user settings list from a MFC-7440N:

- Press the Reports button.
- Press 5 for User Settings.

If you just want to see the device's network settings, you can print out the network configuration page instead, which shows more detailed network information.  To print the network config page:

- Press the Reports button.
- Press 6 for Network Config.
