Updates

Configuration page instructions for the following printers were added this week:

- Brother MFC-7840CW
- Brother MFC-820CW
- Lexmark E321 / E323
- Ricoh SP C221N / C222DN

Brother MFC-820CW configuration page

The instructions for printing a network configuration list from a Brother MFC-820CW are below.  They can also be found on page 4-20 of the network user's guide.

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down until "Print Reports" is displayed on the screen
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down until "Network Config." is displayed on the screen
- Press the OK button
- Press either the Black Start or Color Start button

Ricoh Aficio SP C320DN configuration page

The procedure for printing a configuration page from a Ricoh SP C320DN printer can be found on page 43 of the hardware guide:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down to List/Test Print
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to Config. Page
- Press the OK button

Canon imageRUNNER 9070 page count

To see the page count for a Canon imageRUNNER 9070, press the Counter Check button.  The total count will be displayed on the screen.

Ricoh SP C221N / C222DN configuration page

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh SP C221N or SP C222DN:

- Turn the machine completely off
- Hold down the Stop/Start button
- Turn the printer on
- Once the Ready light blinks, release the Stop/Start button

Lexmark E321 / E323 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a Lexmark E321 or E323, simply press the Continue button on the printer.  A menu settings page will print out shortly.  For the "n" version of the printer (ie. E323n) a network setup page will also print, with detailed network settings.

These instructions can be found on page 35 of the printer's Setup Guide.

Brother MFC-7840CW configuration page

There are two types of configuration pages you can print from a Brother MFC-7840CW: a user settings page (general copy, print, and device settings) and a network config page (network settings and protocol information).  Instructions for printing either of these pages are below.

- Press the Reports button
- Press either 5 for User Settings or 6 for Network Config.

To view the page count for a Ricoh 2015, 2016, 2018, or 2020 copier:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Scroll down to "Counter" (if it's not already the highlighted choice)
- Press the OK button

Ricoh Aficio 2015 / 2016 / 2018 / 2020 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh 2015, 2016, 2018, or 2020 copier with printing capability:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Scroll down to Printer Features
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to List/Test Print
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to Config. Page
- Press the OK button

Brother MFC-640CW configuration page

The instructions for printing a configuration page (called a network configuration list) for a Brother MFC-640CW can be found on page 4-20 of the network user's guide:

- Press the Menu/Set button
- Press 6
- Press 6 again
- Press either the Black Start or Color Start button
- Press the Stop/Exit button

HP Color LaserJet 3000 demo page

The demo page on a Color LaserJet 3000 gives you a rich, full-page image that is a good example of what this printer can do.  It can be used to check image quality and color density.  To print the demo page:

- Press the down arrow button until "INFORMATION" is the highlighted choice on the screen
- Press the Select button (the green button with the check mark on it)
- Press the down arrow button until "PRINT DEMO" is the highlighted choice
- Press the Select button

HP Color LaserJet 3000 usage page

To print a usage page from an HP Color LaserJet 3000 printer:

- Press the down arrow button to scroll through the menu choices until "INFORMATION" is the active choice.
- Press the Select button (the green button with the check mark on it).
- Press the down arrow button until "PRINT USAGE PAGE" is the active choice.
- Press the Select button.

HP Color LaserJet 3000 supplies status page

To print a supplies status page from a Color LaserJet 3000:

- Press the down arrow button until "INFORMATION" is the highlighted choice on the screen
- Press the Select button (the green button with the check mark)
- Scroll down to "PRINT SUPPLIES STATUS PAGE"
- Press the Select button

HP Color LaserJet 3000 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a Color LaserJet 3000 printer:

- From the main ready screen, press the down arrow button until "INFORMATION" is the highlighted choice on the screen.  (If the printer is calibrating or otherwise busy and pressing the down arrow doesn't do anything, press the Menu button and then the down arrow button.)
- Press the Select button (the green button with the black check mark)
- Scroll down to "PRINT CONFIGURATION"
- Press the Select button

Dell 2330d / 2330dn / 2350d / 2350dn laser printer configuration page

From a Dell 2330 or 2350 printer, you can print either a menu settings page, which shows general information about the printer, or a network setup page, which shows more specific network and communication settings and data.  Follow the instructions below to print either of these pages.

- Press the Menus button
- Press the right arrow button until "Reports" is displayed
- Press the Select button (the one with the check mark on it)
- Press the right arrow button until either "Menu Settings" or "Network Setup" is displayed
- Press the Select button

HP Color LaserJet 2550L supplies status page

To print a supplies status page from a Color LaserJet 2550L, press and hold the green Go button for about six seconds.  The lights will flash, and then the supplies status page will print out along with a configuration page.
