To print out a configuration page from a Ricoh 2035e or 2045e:

- Press User Tools/Counter on the copier's operation panel
- On the screen, select Printer Features
- Select Config. Page

- Press the User Tools/Counter button.
- Select Counter on the touch screen.

Fiery EB-1357 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a printer with the Fiery EB-1357 controller installed:

- Go to the Fiery screen from the printer's operation panel
- Select the Fiery tab at the top of the screen
- Select Printable Info
- Select Configuration
- When asked to confirm your choice, select OK

To print a network configuration page from a Brother MFC-8860DN printer:

- Press the Menu button.
- Press 5 for Print Reports.
- Press 6 for Network Config.
- Press Start if prompted.

If you'd rather print out a user settings list (which shows general machine settings and status information) instead of the network config page (which shows specific network settings) press 5 for User Settings in step #3 instead of 6.

Konica Minolta bizhub C253 page count

To view the page count for a Konica Minolta bizhub C253:

- Press the Utility/Counter button
- Select Meter Count on the touch screen

Konica Minolta bizhub C203 page count

To view the page count for a Konica Minolta bizhub C203 copier:

- Press the Utility/Counter button
- Select Meter Count in the upper left part of the screeen

HP LaserJet Enterprise 600 Series M601 / M602 / M603 usage page

To print a usage page from a LaserJet Enterprise 600 Series printer (M601, M602, or M603):

- Press the OK button

- Scroll down to Administration

- Press OK

- "Reports" will be displayed; press OK

- "Configuration/Status Pages" will be displayed; press OK

- Scroll down to Supplies Status Page

- Press OK

- Scroll back up to Print

- Press OK

HP LaserJet Enterprise 600 Series M601 / M602 / M603 supplies status page

To print a supplies status page from a LaserJet Enterprise 600 Series printer (M601, M602, or M603):

- Press the printer's OK button
- Scroll down to Administration

To print a configuration page from the Samsung ML-2525W printer, hold down the Cancel button (the button with the triangle) for about 5 or 6 seconds.  The page that prints out will have an estimate of how much life is left in the toner cartridge and other consumables, as well as the printer's page count.

Fiery EB-135 print controller configuration page

To print a configuration page from a printer with the Fiery EB-135 print controller installed, go to the Fiery screen on the printer's interface and follow the instructions below:

- Select Main Menu/Cancel in the center of the screen
- Select the right arrow button to the right of Print Pages
- Select the right arrow button to the right of Configuration

Ricoh Aficio SP 3300 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh SP 3300 printer, press the Cancel button (the button with the triangle on it) and hold it down for about five seconds.  If you let go of the button too soon, a demo page will print out instead of the configuration page.

You can print a demo page from a Ricoh 3300D or 3300DN by simply pressing and holding the Cancel button on the printer for about two seconds.  (If you hold the button down too long, a configuration page will print out instead of the demo page.)

Ricoh Pro C900 / Pro C720 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh Pro C900 or C720 that doesn't have a Fiery controller installed, follow the steps below.  For a C900 or C720 with a Fiery, find your Fiery model in the list of Fiery configuration page instructions to see how to print a config page.

- Press the User Tools button.
- On the screen, select Printer Features.
- Select Configuration Page.

Ricoh Pro C900 / Pro C720 page count

To see the black and color page counts (or development counts, depending on how your machine is set up) for a Ricoh Pro C900 or C720, press the Counter button on the operation panel.  For a hardcopy of the page count, select Print Counter List on the screen.

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh Aficio 1055 copier with the optional print controller installed:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Select Printer Features on the touch screen
- Select the List Print tab
- Select Configuration or Configuration Page

Kyocera FS-4020DN configuration page

On the Kyocera FS-4020DN printer, a configuration page is called a "status page."  To print the status page:

- Press the Menu button.
- "Report Print" should be displayed on the screen.  If it's not, scroll down until you see it.
- Press the right arrow button.
- Scroll down until "Print Status Page" is displayed.
- Press the OK button.

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh MP C305SP or C305SPF printer:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button.
- On the screen, select Printer Features.
- Select List / Test Print.
- Select Configuration Page.

To view the page counts for a Ricoh C305 printer:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button.
- Select the down arrow in the lower right corner of the screen.
- Select Counter.

HP LaserJet 1160 demo page

You can print a demo page from a LaserJet 1160 by pressing the Go button.  If you hold the button down for more than a few seconds, a configuration page will print instead of the demo page.

To print a configuration page from a LaserJet 1160 printer, hold down the Go button on top of the printer for about five seconds.  If you don't hold the button down long enough, a demo page will print out instead of the config page.

Panasonic KX-F550 basic feature list

There is no configuration page for the KX-F550 fax machine, but you can print a basic feature list.  To print the basic feature list:

- Press the Menu button three times, so that "3. PRINT LIST" is displayed on the screen.
- Press 1 for the basic feature list.  (To print the advanced feature list, press 2 instead.)
- Press the Start/Set button.
