Xerox Phaser 6200 configuration page

The configuration page for a Phaser 6200 (or Phaser 6200N) contains a lot of information.  It shows the printer's page count, serial number, installed memory, firmware version, and network settings, plus much more.  To print the config page:

- From the main screen, press the down arrow until "Printable Pages Menu" is the highlighted choice.
- Press OK to select it.
- Scroll down until "Print Configuration Pages" is the highlighted choice.

- The first option is "Reports" -- press OK to select it.
- Press the right arrow button until "Demo Page" is displayed on the screen.
- Press OK.

HP Color LaserJet CM2320fxi MFP configuration page

To print a configuration page (which may actually be multiple pages) from the CM2320fxi MFP:

- Press the Setup button
- Press the down arrow button until "Reports" is the highlighted option on the screen
- Press the OK button
- Press the down arrow button until "Configuration Report" is the highlighted option
- Press the OK button

On this printer, the page count is not listed on the configuration page.  To see the printer's page count, print out a usage page instead.

HP Color LaserJet CM2320fxi MFP usage page

The usage page for the CM2320fxi shows the printer's page count, as well as page counts broken down by functions.  To print the usage page:

- Press the Setup button
- Scroll down until "Reports" is the highlighted option
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down until "Usage Page" is the highlighted option

On a Ricoh Aficio 2051, 2060, or 2075 with the ability to print from a computer, you can print out a configuration page which shows a lot of information about the machine.  To print the config page:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- Select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page

Brother MFC-7440N page count

On the MFC-7440N, you can see the total counter without having to print anything out.  To view the page count:

- Press the Menu button.
- Press 5 for "Machine Info."
- Press 2 for "Page Counter."

Sharp MX-6201N / MX-7001N configuration page

There are two types of configuration pages you can print from an MX-6201N and MX-7001N.  There is a general config page, called the All Custom Setting List, and a network config page, called the NIC Page.

To print the All Custom Setting List:

- Press the System Settings button.
- On the touch screen, select List Print (User).
- Select Print next to All Custom Setting List.

To print the NIC Page:

- Press the System Settings button.
- On the touch screen, select List Print (User).
- Next to Printer Test Page, touch the arrow to bring up the different choices, and select NIC Page.
- Select Print next to the Printer Test Page box.

Sharp MX-6201N / MX-7001N page count

To see the total page count for an MX-6201N or MX-7001N copier, press and hold the Copy button on the touch screen. The total page counts (black and white, full color, two-color, and single color) will all be displayed, along with the percentage of toner (estimated) left for each color.

Brother MFC-7460DN config page

To print a configuration page (user settings list) from a Brother MFC-7460DN, follow the steps below.

- Press the Menu button.
- Press 4 for "Print Reports."
- Press 5 for "User Settings."
- Press the Start button.

Ricoh Aficio MP 2851 / MP 3351 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh MP 2851 or MP 3351 with printing capability:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- Select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page

Xerox ColorQube 8900 configuration page

The configuration page or configuration report that you can print from a ColorQube 8900 is packed with information.  You'll find basic printer data like the machine's name and serial number, hardware information such as amount of memory and type of finisher, and very detailed information about network and security settings.

To print the configuration report:

- Press the Machine Status button.
- On the touch screen, select the Machine Information tab.
- Select Information Pages.
- Select Configuration Report.
- Select Print.

Xerox ColorQube 8900 page count

To view the total page count for a Xerox ColorQube 8900 series printer:

- Press the Machine Status button.
- On the touch screen, select the Billing Information tab.

The counters will be displayed on the screen.  (Instead of "pages," Xerox uses the word "impressions.")

Sharp FO-3150 config page

The Sharp FO-3150 fax machine doesn't print out a true configuration page, but it can print a setup list showing the machine's current settings.  To print the setup list:

- Press the Function button.
- Use the down arrow button to scroll down once.  "LISTING MODE" should be displayed.
- Press the right arrow button to select it.
- Press the down arrow button until "SETUP LIST" is displayed.
- Press the Start button.

HP Deskjet 5740 configuration/self-test page

To print a configuration/self-test page from a Deskjet 5740:

- Press and hold the Power button.
- Press and release the Resume button (the button with the arrow on it) four times.
- Release the Power button.

These instructions will also work for many other Deskjet models.

HP Deskjet 5740 demo page

The demo page for a Deskjet 5740 consists of a mostly blank page.  It has the printer's model series at the top, followed by the HP website address, and at the bottom is a small color HP logo.  The demo page isn't useful for much more than checking print quality or paper feed.

To print a demo page from the 5740, press and hold the Resume button (the button with the arrow on it) for about two or three seconds, until the light on the button starts to flash.  Let go of the button,  and the demo page will print out shortly.

Brother HL-2240 configuration page

The configuration page (called the "printer settings" page) on a Brother HL-2240 printer gives a lot of information about the machine, including total page count, recent errors, serial number, and the estimated amount of drum yield and toner yield left.

To print the printer settings page, press the Go button (the button with the green line on it) three times.

Ricoh Aficio MP 2550 / MP 3350 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh 2550 or 3350 multifunction printer:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Select Printer Features on the touch screen
- Select Configuration Page

If your Ricoh doesn't have the Printer Features button in User Tools, then either the machine doesn't have printing capability (and thus can't print a config page) or the copier is still warming up.  If the latter scenario is the case, exit out of User Tools, wait a minute or two, and go back in.

Ricoh Aficio MP 2550 / MP 3350 page count

To see the page count for a Ricoh 2550 or 3350 copier, press the User Tools/Counter button, then select Counter on the touch screen.

Ricoh Aficio MP 6000 / MP 7000 / MP 8000 configuration page

To print a config page from a Ricoh MP 6000, 7000, or 8000 with printing capability:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- On the touch screen, select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page

To see the page count for a Ricoh 2035 or 2045 copier, press the User Tools/Counter button, then on the touch screen select Counter.  If you want a printout of the counter, select Print Counter and then press the Start button.

HP LaserJet P3015 demo page

To print a demo page from a LaserJet P3015 series printer:

- Press the down arrow button until "INFORMATION" is displayed on the screen.
- Press the OK button.
- Press the down arrow button until "PRINT DEMO PAGE" is displayed.
- Press the OK button.

Brother IntelliFax 775 user settings list

To print a user settings list from an IntelliFax 775:

- Press the Reports button
- Press 5 for "User Settings"

Ricoh Fax 1170L system data list

The configuration page on a Ricoh Fax 1170L is called the system data list.  It shows the fax machine's total page count, firmware version, and system settings, among other things.  To print the system data list:

- Press the Menu button
- Press 6 for "Reports"
- Scroll to the right or left until "System Data" is displayed
- Press the Enter button

The configuration page for a LaserJet 3330 (which may actually be two pages) includes a lot of information about the printer.  You can find the total page count on the config page, as well as recent error codes, print settings, and other useful data.  To print the configuration page:

- Press the Menu/Enter button
- Scroll to the right or left until "Reports" is displayed
- Press Menu/Enter
- Scroll to the right or left until "Config Report" is displayed
- Press Menu/Enter

HP Photosmart C8180 All-In-One configuration page

The network configuration page for a Photosmart C8180 contains information like the printer's network status, MAC addresses (wired and wireless), Bluetooth settings, and other network data.  To print the network configuration page:

- On the printer's touch screen, select Setup.
- Select Network.
- Select View Network Settings.
- Select Print Network Configuration Page.
