Lexmark E230 / E232 / E234 / E238 configuration page

The configuration page for the Lexmark E230, E232, E234, and E238 laser printers consists of a menu settings page (which includes many of the printer's settings and features) and a network setup page (which gives details about the printer's network configuration).

To print the menu settings page and network setup page, press and release the Continue button on the front of the printer (the big button at the top with a diamond on it).

Ricoh Aficio MP 5500 / MP 6500 / MP 7500 configuration page

You can print a configuration page from an Aficio MP 5500, 6500, or 7500 with printing capability that will show you a lot of information about the printer.  Some things included on the config page include the printer's page count, an estimate of how much toner is left in the bottle, installed printer languages, and network settings.

To print the configuration page from an MP 5500, 6500, or 7500:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button.
- Select Printer Features on the touch screen.
- Select Configuration Page.

To see the total counter for an Aficio MP 5500, 6500, or 7500, press the User Tools/Counter button on the copier's operation panel, then select Counter from the touch screen.

- Press the Menu button (the up arrow button)

- Press 2 for "Print Report"

- "1. Settings" will be displayed -- press the Enter button

To print a configuration page/system settings list from a DocuColor 242 copier:

- Press the Machine Status button.
- On the touch screen, select the Billing Meter/Print Report tab.
- Select Print Report / List.
- Select Network Controller Jobs Report.
- Select System Settings List.
- Press the Start button.

Source Technologies ST9630 configuration page

To print a config page (called a "menu settings page") from an ST9630 printer:

- Press the Menus button
- Scroll down to "Reports"
- Press the check mark button
- The first option displayed will be "Menu Settings Page" -- press the check mark button

If you just want to see a network configuration page, rather than all of the device settings, you can select the "Network Setup Page" from the Reports menu instead of the "Menu Settings Page."

How to print a configuration page from a Source Technologies printer

Source Technologies printers use the Lexmark interface, so the instructions for printing a configuration page (or menu settings page) from an ST printer will be similar, if not identical, to the instructions for some Lexmark models.

Source Technologies ST9530 configuration page

To print a config page from the ST9530:

- Press the Menu button.

- Press the down arrow until "Reports" is the active choice in the menu.

- Press the check mark button.

- "Menu Settings Page" is the first option; press the check mark button to select it.

If you just want to see the printer's network information, you can select "Network Setup Page" instead of "Menu Settings Page" from the Reports menu.

Xerox Phaser 6180 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a Phaser 6180:

- Press the Menu button.
- "Information Pgs" will be displayed; press the OK button.
- Scroll down until "Configuration" is displayed.
- Press the OK button.

To see the total page count for a Phaser 6180 printer:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down to "Billing Meters"
- Press the OK button

"Total Impressions" will be displayed, followed by the page count.

Sharp MX-B201D page count

To view the total counter for an MX-B201D copier, press the Menu button and then the 3 button.  "Total Output" will be displayed, followed by the page count.

Sharp MX-M264 / MX-M314 / MX-M354 configuration page

To print out a config page from a Sharp MX-M264N (which consists of a configuration report and a system status report) or another model in this series:

- Press the System Settings button.
- On the touch screen, select List Print (User).
- Select the Print button next to All Custom Setting List.

To see the page count on an MX-M264, MX-M314, or MX-M354 copier, select Copy on the touch screen and hold it down for a second.  The total counter will appear on the screen, along with an estimate of how much toner is left in the cartridge.

You can also see the total page count by pressing the System Settings button, then selecting Total Count, then Job Count.

Okifax 5400 configuration page

To print a configuration page from an Okifax 5400 fax machine:

- Press the Select Function button.
- Press the Report Print button (number 6 on the quick dial number pad).
- Press the No button (the one with the right arrow on it) until "Configuration" appears on the screen.
- Press the Yes button (the one with the left arrow on it).

To see the page count for an Okifax 5400:

- Press the Select Function button.
- Press the Counter Display button (number 7 on the quick dial number pad).
- Press the No button (with the right arrow on it) until "Print Count" appears on the screen, followed by the page count.

Lexmark E250d config page

To print a config page/settings page from a Lexmark E250d printer, press and release the Go button (the round button with the triangle on it on the front of the printer).

Konica Minolta bizhub 600 configuration page

The configuration page for a bizhub 600 includes information like current network settings, printer settings, firmware version, and installed options.  (It does not include the page count -- to see the page count, follow the instructions here.)   To print the configuration page:

- Press the Utility/Counter button.
- On the touch screen, select User Setting.
- Select Printer Setting.
- Select Print Reports.
- Select Configuration Page.
- Select the paper tray to print from (if prompted).
- Press the Start button.

To view the page count for a bizhub 600 on-screen, simply press the Utility/Counter button.  The total count will be shown on the left side of the screen.

To print a config page (system settings list) on the Muratec F-520:

- Press the Settings button
- Select List on the touch screen
- Select Settings List
- Select System Settings
- Select Yes

To print a config page (user settings list) from a Brother MFC-8500:

- Press the Reports button.
- Press 5 for "User Settings."

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh MP 161 with printing capability:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button.
- Press the down arrow until Printer Features is the highlighted choice.
- Press the OK button.
- Press the down arrow until List/Test Print is the highlighted choice.
- Press OK.
- Press the down arrow until Config. Page is the highlighted choice.
- Press OK.

HP LaserJet 3020 / 3030 configuration page

To print a config page from the LaserJet 3020 or LaserJet 3030:

- Press the Menu/Enter button
- Scroll to the right until "Reports" is displayed
- Press Menu/Enter
- Scroll to the right until "Config. Report" is displayed
- Press Menu/Enter

Muratec page counts

On the following Muratec machines, you can view the device's page count or meter on-screen:

- F-300
- F-315
- F-520

Muratec F-300 page count

On the Muratec F-300, you can view the machine's total page count directly on the screen without having to print anything out.  To see the page count:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down to "2 User Settings"
- Press the Enter button
- "1 Machine Settings" will be displayed; press Enter
- Scroll up or down to "11 Page Counter"
- Press Enter

The total print count will be displayed.  To see the total scan count, scroll down.

Dell 1320c configuration page

To print a configuration page (also called a printer settings page) from a Dell 1320c Network Color Laser Printer, press the Continue button and hold it for about five seconds, then release it.
