HP Digital Sender 9250c

The HP Digital Sender 9250c is the first stand-alone scanner added to this site.  Obviously, you can't print out a config page from the scanner, but you can view the scanner's page count on-screen:

- Select Administration from the touch screen.
- Select Information.
- Select Configuration/Status Pages.
- Select Usage Page.

The total number of pages scanned will be shown, as well as the number of pages scanned through the document feeder (single-sided and double-sided) and the number of pages scanned from the scanner bed.

To get the page count, view network information, or see the status of various supplies for a Ricoh 3400SF or 3410SF, you can print out a configuration page:

- Press the User Tools button
- Scroll down to "Reports Print"
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to "Configuration Page"
- Press OK

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh 2022 or 2027 with printing capability:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- From the touch screen, select Printer Features
- Select Config. Page

To print a config page from a Ricoh 1022 or 1027 with printing capability:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- From the touch screen, select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page from the first tab

To see the page count for a Ricoh 2022 or 2027, press the User Tools/Counter button on the copier's operation panel, then select Counter from the touch screen.  The total page count will be displayed on the screen.

To print a config page from a Ricoh 2090 or 2105 with printing capability:

- Press the User Tools button
- Select Printer Features on the touch screen
- Select Configuration Page

To see the page count for an Aficio 2090 or 2105, simply press the Counter button on the operation panel. The total counter will be displayed.  To print it out, select Print Counter List and then press Start.

Lexmark Optra E312L configuration page

You can print a config page from the Optra E312L that contains a lot of information about the printer, including paper tray setup, USB and parallel settings, PCL and PostScript settings, and print resolution.  The config page also shows the printer's page count, serial number, and firmware version (under the Printer Information section).

To print the configuration page, simply press and release the button on the front right side of the printer (below the LEDs).  One of the green LEDs will begin flashing, and the config page will print out shortly.

HP Deskjet 812C demo page

To print a demo page from the Deskjet 812C (just to check printing ability or print quality) hold down the Resume button (the button below the Power button, with the arrow on it) for about five seconds.  A sample page with the printer's model name and a color picture will print out shortly.

HP Deskjet 812C self-test page

You can print a self-test page from the Deskjet 812C (and many other Deskjet models) that will show the printer's serial number, firmware version, and page count.  To print the self-test page, hold down the Power button and press the Resume button (the one with the arrow on it) four times, then release the Power button.

Ricoh Aficio MP C2800 / MP C3300 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh MP C2800 or C3300 with printing capability:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- Select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page

The config page contains a lot of information about the printer, including page counts, network settings, and installed options.

Ricoh Aficio MP C2800 / MP C3300 page count

To see the black and color page counts for an Aficio C2800 or C3300, press the User Tools/Counter button and then select Counter on the touch screen.  The counts will be displayed on the screen.

To print a config page from a Ricoh C3500 or C4500 with the printer option installed:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- Select Printer Features on the touch screen
- Select Configuration Page

To view the page counts for a Ricoh MP C3500 or C4500:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Select Counter on the touch screen.

The color page count and black page count will be displayed, but you won't see a total (combined) page count on the screen.  To get a hard copy of the page counts, select Print Counter List and then hit Start.

Brother HL-1230 / HL-1440 / HL-1450 / HL-1470N config page

To print out a configuration page from an HL-1230, HL-1440, HL-1450, or HL-1470N:

- Turn the printer off
- Press and hold the button on the front of the printer and turn the printer on
- Let go of the button once the Drum light comes on
- Press and hold the button again
- Let go of the button when the Ready light comes on

HP LaserJet 2420 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a LaserJet 2420:

- Press the Select button (the green button with the check mark on it).

- Press the down arrow button once.  "INFORMATION" will be displayed on the screen.

- Press Select.

- Press the down arrow button one more time.  "PRINT CONFIGURATION" will be displayed.

- Press Select.

HP LaserJet 4200 / 4250 / 4300 / 4350 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a LaserJet 4200, LaserJet 4250, LaserJet 4300, or LaserJet 4350 printer:

- Press the down arrow to scroll through the menu until "INFORMATION" is the active choice.
- Press the Select button (the green button with the check mark).
- Scroll down to "PRINT CONFIGURATION".
- Press Select.

Dell 5230n laser printer configuration page

The configuration page that you can print out from a Dell 5230n is called a menu settings page, and it will give you many configuration settings and status details about the printer.  To print the menu settings page:

- Press the Menu button
- Press the down arrow until "Reports" is the highlighted option
- Press the check mark button
- Press the down arrow until "Menu Settings Page" is the highlighted option
- Press the check mark button

If you specifically want network configuration data instead of general settings data, you can select the Network Setup Page from the Reports menu instead of the menu settings page.

Ricoh Pro 906EX / Pro 1106EX / Pro 1356EX configuration page

To print a configuration page from a Pro 906EX, 1106EX, or 1356EX with the print option installed:

- Press the User Tools button.
- On the touch screen, select Printer Features.
- Select Configuration Page.

To see the page count for a Pro 906EX, 1106EX, or 1356EX, press the Counter button on the operation panel.  To print out a hard copy of the count, touch the Print button on the screen and then press Start.

HP Color LaserJet 2840 configuration page

To print a self test/configuration page from a Color LaserJet 2840:

- Press the Menu button
- Press the right or left arrow buttons until "Reports" appears on the screen
- Press the Enter button
- Scroll to the right or left until "Config Report" is displayed
- Press Enter


The self test/configuration page gives a lot of data about the printer, but it doesn't show the printer's page count.  To see the page count, you'll have to print out a usage page instead of the configuration page.

HP Color LaserJet 2840 usage page

To see the page count on a Color LaserJet 2840, you can print out a usage page.  Page counts for each function (scanning, faxing, copying, etc.) will be broken down for a detailed overview, but you can also find the printer's total page count (under the Print Engine section).  To print the usage page:

- Press Menu
- Scroll to the right or left using the arrow buttons until you see "Reports"
- Press Enter
- Scroll to the right or left until you see "Usage Page"
- Press Enter

HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless configuration page

To print a self-test report from the Officejet 8500 Pro Wireless:

- Touch the wrench icon on the screen (toward the top)
- Select "Print Reports"
- Select "Self-Test Report"

"Printing" will appear on the screen, and the self-test report will print out shortly.

Ricoh Fax 4420L page count

To see the total page count on a 4420L fax machine, press the User Tools button.  "1. Counter" will be displayed on the screen; press OK to select it.  The transmission page count ("TX Pages") will appear first, but you can view the other page counts by scrolling left or right through the list.

Ricoh Aficio MP 4000 / MP 5000 configuration page

To print a configuration page from an MP 4000 or MP 5000 with printing capability:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button.
- Select Printer Features on the touch screen.
- Select Config Page.

To view the page count on a Ricoh MP 4000 or MP 5000, press the User Tools button.  Then on the touch screen, select Counter.  The total counter will be displayed.  You can get a printout of the page count by selecting Print on the screen and then pressing the Start button.
