Sharp MX-M450N config page

To print a configuration page from the MX-M450N:

- Press the System Settings button.
- On the touch screen, select List Print.
- Select Printer Test Page.
- Select NIC Page.

Sharp MX-M450N page count

To view the page count for an MX-M450N, simply hold down the Copy button while the copier's main screen is displayed.  The total page count will appear at the top of the screen, followed by an estimate of how much toner is left in the cartridge.

HP Color LaserJet 5500 usage page

On the Color LaserJet 5500, if you just want the page count you can print out a usage page instead of the configuration page (which is often longer than one page).  The usage page shows the total page count, but it also breaks it down by paper size and single-sided or double-sided, and it shows the average color coverage of each of the four colors (black, cyan, magenta, yellow).

To print the usage page:

- Press the down arrow button until "INFORMATION" is the active choice on the printer's screen.
- Press the green Select button.
- Scroll down until "PRINT USAGE PAGE" is the active option.
- Press Select.

HP Color LaserJet 5500 supplies status page

To print a supplies status page from a Color LaserJet 5500 (which shows about how much of each color toner is left):

- Press the down arrow button until "INFORMATION" is the active choice.
- Press Select (the green button).
- Scroll down until "PRINT SUPPLIES STATUS PAGE" is the active choice.
- Press Select.

HP LaserJet P3005 usage page

If you just want to see the page count of your LaserJet P3005, you can print out a usage page instead of a configuration page (which is often multiple pages).  The usage page shows the total page count, as well as the page count broken down by paper size and paper trays.  To print the usage page:

- Press the green Select button.  (If the printer doesn't go into the menu when you press that button, press it one more time.)
- Scroll down until "INFORMATION" is the highlighted option on the screen.
- Press Select.
- Scroll down until "PRINT USAGE PAGE" is the highlighted option.
- Press Select.

Samsung's Download Center

If you need to download drivers, user manuals, or other software for a Samsung printer or copier, you can find it easily using Samsung's Download Center.  You can either browse for your model by category and type, or search for the model name using the search bar in the upper right corner, and all applicable downloads will be displayed.  (Manuals and other documentation will typically be PDF files, but shorter how-to guides may be HTML instead.)

Sharp MX-M550N config page

To print out a configuration page from an MX-M550N copier:

- Press the System Settings button.
- On the screen, touch List Print.
- Touch All Custom Setting List.

Sharp MX-M550N page count

To view the total page count on an MX-M550N copier, press and hold down the Copy button on the machine's operation panel.  The total count and the estimated amount of toner left will be displayed on the screen.

HP LaserJet P3005 supplies status page

To print a supplies status page (showing the amount of toner remaining, plus more information) from a LaserJet P3005:

- Press Select (the green button with the check mark).  If the printer was in power save or sleep mode and it now says "Warming up," press Select again.
- Use the arrow buttons to scroll down until "INFORMATION" is the highlighted option.
- Press Select.
- Scroll down until "PRINT SUPPLIES STATUS PAGE" is the highlighted option.
- Press Select.

HP Color LaserJet CP3525 usage page

To print out a usage page on an HP Color LaserJet CP3525, rather than a configuration page or supplies status page, follow these steps:

- Press Menu.
- Use the down arrow button to scroll down until "INFORMATION" is the active choice on the screen.
- Press OK.
- Scroll down until "PRINT USAGE PAGE" is the active choice.
- Press OK.

Sharp FO-4470

On the Sharp FO-4470 fax machine, you can get a breakdown of the machine's settings by printing out an optional setting list.  To print this list:

- Press the Menu button.
- Press 2 for Listing Mode.
- Press 05 for Optional Setting List.

The optional setting list shows things like the number of rings, whether a confirmation page is printed, and power save settings, but it doesn't show the fax machine's total page count.  To print out the page count, follow the first two steps above, then press 01 for Activity Report.  Two pages will be printed -- the first page (the send report) will show the number of pages scanned in, and the second page (the receive report) will show the number of pages printed out.

Konica Minolta page counts

On some Konica Minolta machines, you can view the total page count right from the display screen, without having to print out a report or configuration page.  The following copiers and printers have the capability to display their page counts on-screen:

Konica Minolta bizhub C550 page count

On Konica Minolta's bizhub C550, you can view the copier's page count directly on the screen.  Press the Utility/Counter button (to the right of the screen), and then touch the option for Meter Count (in the upper left corner of the screen).  The copier's total page count will be displayed on the left hand side.

Dell 3000cn

On the Dell 3000cn color printer, you can print out a print settings report that shows how the device is currently configured, including network information such as the IP address.  To print this report:

- Press the Menu button.
- Press the up or down arrow until "Configure" is displayed on the screen.
- Press the right arrow to select it.
- Press the up or down arrow until "Reports" is displayed.
- Press the right arrow to select it.
- Press the up or down arrow until "Print Settings" is displayed.
- Press the Enter button (the big button in the center of the four arrows) to print the report.

Sharp MX-M363U, MX-M453U, MX-M503U page count

You can view the total count for this series of copiers by pressing the Copy button while the main screen is displayed.  The page count will be displayed, along with the percent of toner left in the toner cartridge (estimated).

The steps for printing a configuration page from the "U" models of the MX-M363, MX-M453, and MX-M503 is slightly different than for the "N" models:

- Press the System Settings button.
- Touch List Print (User) on the screen.
- Touch Printer Test Page.
- Touch NIC Page.

Sharp MX-M283N / MX-M363N / MX-M453N / MX-M503N page count

On the MX-M283N, MX-M363N, MX-M453N, and MX-M503N (as well as other Sharp models with the color touch screen) you can easily view the copier's page count by pressing and holding down the Copy button on the main copy screen.  The total page count will be displayed, along with an estimate of the amount of toner remaining in the cartridge.

To print a network configuration page from the Sharp MX-M283N, MX-M363N, MX-M453N, or MX-M503N copiers:

- Press System Settings.
- Touch List Print (User).
- Touch the down arrow under "Printer Test Page."
- Touch NIC Page.
- Touch Print.

To print a more general configuration page instead of the network config page:

- Press the System Settings button
- On the screen, touch List Print (User)
- Select Print next to "All Custom Setting List"

Ricoh Aficio MP W3600 configuration page

Even though it's a wide-format printer, the MP W3600 prints out a configuration just like other Ricoh copiers in the MP series.  Press the User Tools button, then select Printer Features and then Configuration Page.

HP Officejet Pro 8000 Wireless

To print a network configuration page from the Officejet Pro 8000, press the Wireless button on the front of the printer.  (It's the one with the wireless icon on it -- the left button in the row of three.)  In addition to the network configuration page, a troubleshooting page will also print out, which shows the results of some brief diagnostics tests and also shows some basic connection information.

Canon FaxPhone B45

From the FaxPhone B45 you can print a user data list which gives a breakdown of many of the machine's current settings.  To print the user data list:

- Press the Function button.
- Press the Report button (also labeled 01).
- Use the side arrow button to scroll to User Data List.
- Press the Start button.

Ricoh Aficio MP W3600 page count

Like with the other copiers in Ricoh's Aficio MP series, you can get the page count for the wide format W3600 by pressing the User Tools/Counter button and then selecting Counter on the touch screen (in the lower left corner).  There's an option on the screen to print out the counter page if you need a hard copy of the page count.

How to print a usage page on an HP LaserJet P3015

You can print a usage page from a LaserJet P3015 by following these steps:

- Press the down arrow to go into the printer's menu.
- Press the down arrow again until INFORMATION is the highlighted option.
- Press the OK button.
- Press the down arrow until PRINT USAGE PAGE is the highlighted option.
- Press OK.
