Kyocera Ecosys FS-3900DN page count
On the FS-3900DN you can view the page count on-screen by following these steps:
- Press the Menu button.
- Using the up or down arrows, scroll through the menu options until you see "Life Counters."
- Press the right arrow to choose that option. The printer's page count will be displayed.
- Press the Menu button.
- Using the up or down arrows, scroll through the menu options until you see "Life Counters."

How to print a demo page on an HP Deskjet 832C
On the Deskjet 832C you can print out a demo page with a picture of a kite and a few lines of text. The demo page can be used to see how the colors line up and also to check color density. To print the demo page, hold down the lower button on the printer (not the power button) for about 3 or 4 seconds, then release it. The light will blink and the demo page will print out.
Ricoh Fax 1190L user settings list
On the Fax 1190L you can print out a user settings list that shows a good overview of the fax machine's configuration, as well as the page count, serial number, and drum life remaining.
- Press the Reports button (in the upper right corner of the operation panel).
- Press 5 for User Settings.
The screen will display "Printing" and the user settings list will print out shortly.

Sharp FO-DC535 page count printout
On many Sharp fax machines like the FO-DC535 and similar models, you can't view the page count on-screen, but you can print out a report that shows the page count. To print out this report:
- Press the Menu button.
- Press 2 for Listing Mode.
- The first option is Activity Report -- press Start/Enter to print it out.
Two pages will print out. The first page is a Send Report, which shows how many pages have been scanned in or sent, and the second page is the Receive Report, which shows how many pages have been received or printed out.

Standard SD450 duplicator page count
To see the current page count on an SD450 duplicator:
- Press the User Tools button (in the upper left corner of the operation panel).
- "1 System" will be the highlighted choice. There are four buttons under the display screen -- press the far right button ("OK" will be displayed on the screen above it).
- Press 2 on the number pad to select "R. Cntr. Display".
- Press the button beneath "OK" again.
"Print:" will be displayed, followed by the current page count.

On many HP network printers you can set them up to display the IP address on the ready screen. To do this for a Color LaserJet 3600:

- Press the Select button (the green button with the check mark on it).
- Scroll down until SYSTEM SETUP is highlighted.
- Press Select.

- Scroll up so that AUTO is highlighted.
- Press Select.
- Press the down arrow to go into the main menu.

Brother MFC-490CW
To view configuration settings for a Brother MFC-490CW:
- Press the Menu button.
- Use the down arrow to scroll down to Print Reports.
- Press OK.
- If you want to see machine configuration settings, scroll down to User Settings. If you want to see network configuration settings, scroll down to Network Config.
- Press OK.
- Press Start.
- Press the Menu button.
- Use the down arrow to scroll down to Print Reports.
- Press OK.
- If you want to see machine configuration settings, scroll down to User Settings. If you want to see network configuration settings, scroll down to Network Config.
- Press OK.

To print out a configuration page on a Color LaserJet 4650 printer:
- With the printer on and ready, press the down arrow to enter the main menu. (If the printer is idle or sleeping, you may need to press the down arrow once to wake it up, and then again to enter the menu.)
- In the menu, press the down arrow to scroll through the options until INFORMATION is the highlighted choice.
- Press Select (the green button with the black check mark on it).
- Scroll down again until PRINT CONFIGURATION is the highlighted option.
- Press Select.
The configuration page will print out, with a multi-colored border that will allow you to see if there are any image density problems. The page count (total count and color count) will be included on the configuration page, in the first section (labeled Printer Information).

Fiery E-5000
To print a configuration page from a printer using the Fiery E-5000 controller:
- Press the Fiery or Fiery-Driven button on the printer's operation panel.
- If the Print tab at the top right of the screen is not selected, touch it now to select it.
- Touch the Main Menu/Cancel button in the middle of the screen.
- Touch the arrow next to Print Pages.
- Touch the arrow next to Configuration.
If the main Fiery screen says either "Please wait" or "Warming up," you'll have to wait for the Fiery controller to come to ready before you can print a configuration page.
