Ricoh Fax 3320L page count

To see the page count for the Fax 3320L:

- Press the User Tools button.
- "1. Counter" will appear on the screen; press OK.

The transmission page count (TX Pages) will be displayed.  To see the other page counts (RX Pages, Scan Pages, and Print Pages) use the side arrows to scroll either right or left.  Once you are finished, press User Tools to exit back to the main screen.

HP LaserJet 1012

To print a configuration page from the LaserJet 1012, press and hold the green button for about seven seconds or so, until the lights start to flash.  Once you see the lights flash, let go of the button.  The configuration page will print out, with the printer's page count on it.  If you hold down the green button but let go before the lights flash, you'll get a demo page instead of the config page.

HP LaserJet 9050 configuration page

On the LaserJet 9050, to print out a configuration page:

- With the printer on and ready, press the down arrow until INFORMATION is the highlighted choice on the screen.
- Press Select (the green button with the white check mark on it) to choose it.
- Press the down arrow until PRINT CONFIGURATION is the highlighted choice.
- Press Select.

Brother IntelliFax 5750

To print a user settings list on an IntelliFax 5750:

- Press Reports (in the upper right corner)
- Press 5 for "User Settings"

The screen will display "Printing" and the user settings list (2 pages long) will print out.  The list will include fax settings, network settings, and serial number, but it doesn't show the page count.

Canon imageRUNNER C3220 page count

To view the page count on an imageRUNNER C3220, press the Counter Check button (located above the number pad).  The total count will be displayed, followed by separate counts for black & white and color.

Canon imageRUNNER 1023iF page count

To get the page count for a Canon imageRUNNER 1023iF, press the Counter Check button on the right side of the operation panel (to the left of the on/off button).  The screen will show the total page count.

To see just the copy page count, press the + button (to the right of the OK button, just below the screen).

HP Color LaserJet 8550 configuration page

To print a configuration page from the Color LaserJet 8550:

- Press down on the right side of the Menu button, until you get to INFORMATION.
- Press down on the right side of the Item button until you get to PRINT CONFIGURATION.
- Press Select.

Brother DCP-8060 configuration page

To print a configuration page (called a user settings list) on a Brother DCP-8060:

- Press Menu.
- "1. General Setup" is the first option; press OK.
- Press 8 for User Settings.
- "18. User Settings" will appear on the screen; press Start to print out the user settings list.

Brother page counts

Most Brother printers and fax machines won't allow you to view the total page count on-screen; you'll have to print out a user settings list to see the count.  But on the printers and fax machines listed below, the page count can be displayed on the screen, without having to print anything out.

Brother DCP-8060 page count

Unlike many Brother printers, the DCP-8060 allows you to view the printer's total page count (as well as page counts for individual functions) right on the display screen, without having to print out a user settings list.  To view the page count:

- Press Menu.
- Press 4 for Machine Info.
- Press 2 for Page Counter.

The total page count and copy page count will both be displayed, and if you scroll down you can see the printer and list page counts.

Canon imageRUNNER 3035 page count

To view the page count for the imageRUNNER 3035, press the Counter Check button (on the right side of the operation panel, above the Start button).  The total page count and the copy page count will both be displayed.

Brother IntelliFax 1270 user option list

The configuration page on a Brother IntelliFax 1270, an older fax machine, is called a user option list instead of a user settings list like on newer Brothers.  To print the user option list:

- Press Function (in the upper left corner).
- Press 3 on the number pad for Print Reports.
- Press 6 for User Options.
- Press Start (the blue button in the lower right corner).

HP OfficeJet 5610 All-In-One printer - self test report

To print a self test report (configuration page) from the OfficeJet 5610:

- Press the Setup button (below the display screen; it has a question mark next to it).
- Use the side arrows to scroll to "2. Print Report."
- Press the OK button (in between the arrow buttons).
- Scroll to "6. Self-Test Report."
- Press OK.

HP Photosmart C5580 configuration page

To print a configuration page (self test report) from an HP Photosmart C5580 printer:

- Press the Setup button on the front of the printer (the button with a wrench on it)
- Scroll to Tools and press OK to select it.
- Self Test Report should be the first option; press OK to select it.  (If it's not the first option, scroll until you come to it.)

Sharp MX-M200D page count

You can view the total page count for the MX-M200D copier by pressing and holding down the Copy button (in the upper left corner of the operation panel).  The page count will be displayed on the screen until you let go of the button, along with a bar showing the approximate percentage of toner left in the cartridge.

HP LaserJet 2100 configuration page

To print a configuration page from the LaserJet 2100, press the Go button (the big round button close to the front of the printer) and the Cancel button (the smaller button with a triangle on it) at the same time, then let go.  Some lights will flash and the config page will print out after a couple of seconds.

Brother IntelliFax 4750

To print a user settings list from a Brother IntelliFax 4750, simply press the Reports button (located in the upper right corner) and then press 5 on the number pad.  "5. User Settings" will appear on the screen, and then after a second or two it will change to "Printing" and the user settings list will print out.

HP Color LaserJet 4500 configuration page

The procedure for printing a config page from a Color LaserJet 4500 is similar to some of the black and white LaserJet models, with the only difference being that the control panel is located on the front of the printer instead of the top, so you may have to bend down to see some of the buttons.

- Press the right side of the Menu button.  "INFORMATION" will be displayed on the screen.
- Press the right side of the Item button.  "PRINT MENU MAP" will be displayed.
- Press the right side of the Item button again.  The display will change to "PRINT CONFIGURATION."
- Press the Select button.  The configuration page will print out.

Canon FaxPhone L90

To print a user data list (showing configuration settings and machine options) on a FaxPhone L90 fax machine:

- Press the Menu button.
- Use the right arrow button to scroll through the menu until you see "10. REPORT SETTINGS."
- Press the OK button.
- Scroll to the right to get to "2. LIST PRINT."
- Press OK.
- Scroll to the right until you come to "9. USER DATA LIST."
- Press OK.  The user data list will print out (on two pages).

You can see the Phaser 6200's total page count by following these steps:

- Use the down arrow button to scroll down through the menu choices until you come to "Support Menu."
- Press the OK button to choose it.
- Scroll down until "Supplies Info Menu" is the highlighted choice.
- Press OK.
- Scroll down to "Total Print Count."
- Press OK.

HP Color LaserJet 5500 configuration page

To print a configuration page on the Color LaserJet 5500:

- Press the down arrow button to bring up the menu, and scroll down until "INFORMATION" is displayed.
- Press the Select button (the green button with the check mark on it) to choose that option.
- Use the down arrow to scroll down to "PRINT CONFIGURATION."
- Press Select again.  The configuration page will print out.

Toshiba e-STUDIO 655

On the e-STUDIO 655, you can't view the page count on-screen with just the press of one button like you can on some other Toshiba models, but you can print out a function list which will give you the page count (called "total counter") as well as other machine information and configuration settings.

- Press the User Function button on the copier's operation panel.
- Touch List on the screen.
- Touch Function.

HP Color LaserJet 2550 config page

To print a configuration page from an HP Color LaserJet 2550, press the Go (green) and Cancel (red) buttons at the same time.  A supplies status page will also print out.

HP LaserJet 4 / 4P / 4 Plus

The HP LaserJet 4 is an old series of printer, but it ran well so many of them are still in use today. The configuration page on the 4, 4P, or 4 Plus is called the self test page, but it will still list the page count and settings that a standard configuration page would show.  To print the self test page:

- If the orange Online light is lit up, press the Online button.  The light should go off.
- Press the Menu button.  "TEST MENU" should appear on the screen; if it doesn't, press Menu until it does.
- With "TEST MENU" displayed, press the Item button to select it.  "SELF TEST" will appear on the screen.
- Press Enter to select the self test.  The display will change from "SELF TEST" to "PRINTING TEST," and the self test page will print out.

Canon Laser Class 3170

To print out a user data list on the Laser Class 3170 (as well as other versions such as the 3170MS) you first need to raise the plastic plate that covers the quick dial buttons.  There are three tabs on the right side of this cover, sticking out on the right side of the machine.  Pull the uppermost tab (the one closest to the rear of the fax machine) up and the whole cover will lift up.

With that cover lifted, you'll see different labels above each of the buttons.  Press the button labeled Report (it's the one that would be 10 if the cover were down).  "REPORT" will be displayed on the screen, followed by the first option in the report menu.

There are also four directional buttons that are now revealed.  Press the down button twice (the one that would be labeled 24 if the cover were in place).  "3. USER DATA" should be displayed on the screen; press the Set button to select it.

The user data menu will appear now, and the first option in that menu is "1. USER DATA," so press Set again to select it.  The user's data list (two pages) will begin printing out.

Canon Laser Class 710 page count

To see how many pages have been printed on the Laser Class 710 fax machine/copier, press the Counter Check button in the upper right part of the operation panel.  The total counter will be displayed (faxes and copies).  To see the page count for copies only, scroll down once.

Canon Laser Class 710

On the Canon Laser Class 710, you can print out a user data list that shows paper settings, fax settings, and system settings, as well as other data.

There are three tabs sticking out on the right side of the fax machine's operation panel, next to the quick dial numnbers.  Pull the first tab (the one closest to the rear of the machine) up and over to the left, so that the whole plastic piece covering the quick dial numbers is lifted off of the buttons.

With that piece out of the way, you can see new labels next to each button.  Press the button labeled Report (it will be where the 8 was).  The report menu will come up on the screen; use the down arrow button to scroll down through the options until you get to "3. User Data."  Press Set, and the user data list will print out.  (It will be on multiple pages.)

Oki C3200 page count

To see the page count for an Oki C3200n printer:

- Press the + button to bring up the main menu.
- Use either - or + to scroll through the menu options until you see "USAGE MENU."
- Press Enter.
- Use - or + to find the page count that you want to view: either "TOTAL PAGE COUNT," "COLOR PAGE COUNT," or "MONO PAGE COUNT."
- Press Enter.  The selected page count will be displayed on the screen.

To view a different page count, press Back and then find the next page count you want and press Enter.

Brother IntelliFax 3800

To print a user settings list (configuration page) on a Brother IntelliFax 3800:

- Press the Reports button (toward the lower left corner).
- Press 5 for User Settings.  After a second or two the screen will display "Printing" and the user settings list will print out.

AR-208 page count

To see the page count for a Sharp AR-208:

- Press the Menu button on the copier's operation panel.
- Press 3 for Total Count.

"Total Output" will be displayed on the screen, followed by the page count.
